Today's Funny's birthday and the gang are planning a surprise party for him. But Funny thought they forgot.
-------------------------------------------------------------

It was morning, and Funny woke up in a better mood than usual. He had the biggest smile on his face as he giggled.

"Good morning, Windy. Good morning, Teddy." He grinned.

He poofed off the house and onto a tree trunk.

"Good morning, Birds." He smiles.

He then poofed into a pond.

"Good morning, frogs. Good morning, fishes." He bubbled.

He poofed back onto the house and smiled like a Cheshire cat.

"IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" He sang.

"Ooooh, I can't wait to see what the gang has planned for me." He chucked.

Just as he said that, he saw the gang walking towards the funhouse. He was basically beaming with anticipation as the gang walked up to him.

"Hey, gang." He said.

"Hey, Funny." Mickey said.

"Sooooo... Is there anything special today?" He asked.

"Hmmmm....no. Is there anything going on today?" He asked.

Funny's face fell into a frown.

"Ohh....well... nothing, really." He said.

The gang shrugged and walked inside  to draw. Funny poofed in on the tank.

"Are you suuuuure nothing happening today?" He hinted.

Suddenly, Mickey shot up from where he was drawing.

"Oh, freckles! I almost forgot." He said.

Funny's face lit up with anticipation.

"Today, I'm supposed to help King Ludwig with a piece greeting." He said.

Funny's face fell again.

"And I have to help Rocket Mouse tune up the rocketmaster." Goofy said.

"Now that you mentioned it, trader Clarabelle asked if I could help her with the flying carpets." Daisy said.

"And I have to help captain Salty look after Treasure." Donald said.

"Buttons and bows. I need to help the gnomes with their summer song." Minnie said.

"Funny, can you open up the stairs to anywhere, please." Mickey said.

"Oh.. Uh.. ok. Here you go." He said as the stairs to anywhere appeared. Everyone except from Minnie walked up the stairs to go help their friends.

"Funny, do you want to come with me to help the gnomes?" She asked.

"Uhhh..... shure. Why not." He said as he poofed into his human form.

The two of them walked for a while before they met with the gnomes.

"Hello there." Minnie said.

"Hi, Minnie, hi, Funny." Olive said. "I'm so glad you're here. We don't know what the summer song should sound like." She said. "Can you help us? She asked.

"Of course we can." Minnie said.

They thought for a moment before Funny spoke up.

"Maybe it could sound like this." He walked up to Fig and started signing.

"Fig, can you do a beat like this?" He signed.

Fig nodded and started to play a beat. Then he turned to Pumpkin.

"Pumpkin, can you play a funky tune that makes you wanna dance?" He asked.

Pumpkin started to play. Then he did it for Olive, Squash, and Oak. Soon, they had the whole forest dancing.

"Wow! What an amazing song!" Minnie said.

"Yea. It'll be perfect for a party." He hinted.

"Yes. It would, wouldn't it. Too bad there's no party today." She said.

"Yea, too bad." Funny frowned.

"I'm going to go check up on Donald. See you later, Minnie." Funny said as he walked back to the Funhouse.

"Bye, bye, Funny." She said. She turned towards the gnomes as they giggled.

"Do you think he fell for it?" Pumpkin asked.

"I think he did. He's gonna love the song you're doing." She said.

"Thanks. We can't wait for the party to start." Squash said.

"I can't wait to see you there. Bye-bye now." She said as she walked back to the Funhouse.

The gnomes said their goodbyes before they went back to practising.
