When Funny gets sick, the gang stays over to take care of him.
-------------------------------------------------------------It was a cold and snowy day, and the gang went over to Funny to have fun in the snow. They were going to have so much fun in the snow. But before they went inside, they heard a sneeze. They saw Funny, and they knew instantly that something was wrong.
Funny was on the tank, and he looked terrible. He had dark circles under his eyes, and his cheeks were dark blue. He looked like he was gonna pass out any moment. He saw the gang and put on a smile.
"Hey gang, what's up?" He asked, sounding a bit nasaly.
"Hey, Funny. Are you feeling OK?" Mickey asked.
Minnie stepped forward and felt his forehead.
"You feel warm there, Funny." She said.
Funny was about to say something, but Daisy started to talk.
"And before you say that you're fine, remember that were your friends and if you're not feeling well then you need to tell us so we can help."
Funny was stumped. He knew that he couldn't lie to his friends, and he knew that sooner or later, they'll find out the truth. He sighed and came clean.
"You're right. I'm not ok. I got a cold after playing in the snow yesterday. You guys were so excited to play today, but I just don't feel well. I'm sorry." He said, looking guilty.
"Aww, Funny. You have nothing to apologise for. We forgot to tell you that you can get sick if you play in the snow for too long." Minnie said.
"Yea, it's not your fault. The best thing for you to do is rest." Goofy said.
"I really wanted to have fun with you guys today." He sniffed.
"Who says we can't do both?" Donald said.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"We'll show you." Donald said.
They all went and got many games and toys for Funny to play with. Minnie even made everyone some hot cocoa and cookies to eat. Funny poofed onto a pillow, and the gang carried him to the table.
"What game should we play first, Funny?" Mickey asked.
"Well, A...ACHOO!!! Maybe we can play Flap jack attack." He said.
Daisy got the game out, and they started to play. They were enjoying themselves, but Funny was looking outside a lot. He wanted to play outside with the gang.
"Funny?" Goofy called him.
He turned around to see the gang looking at him with concerned looks.
"Are you OK, Funny?" Donald asked.
"Oh yea. I'm fine. ACHOO!! -Ish." He said.
"Maybe we should do something else." Daisy suggested.
"Let's do some drawing." Minnie suggested.
Goofy went and got some colours for them to draw. And they even got a big sheet of paper to make Funny a get well soon card.
"Are you gonna draw anything, Funny? Funny?" Goofy asked.
Once again, Funny was looking outside, watching the snowflakes glide to the ground. He sniffed, then sighed.
The gang looked at each other, then looked back at Funny, who was sad. Suddenly, Mickey had an idea. He whispered the idea to the gang, and they set to work. When they were done, they called Funny. He poffed onto the tank.
"What's up, gang?" He asked. He was surprised when he saw snow in the Funhouse.
"SURPRISE!" They cheered.
"What's all this?" He asked.
"Well, we know that you really wanted to play in the snow today. So we decided to bring the snow to you. We'll fake snow, at least." Mickey said.
"You did all this for me?" He asked, touched.
"Of course we did. You're our friend, Funny. And that's what friends are for." Goofy said.
"Thanks, everyone. You're the best friends ever." He said.
They spent their afternoon playing in the fake snow, making snow angels and building snowmen. Even having snowball fights. After a while, they decided to take a break.
"That was so much fun, right, Funny. Funny?" Donald said as he looked for him.
They turned around to see Funny sleeping peacefully on the armchair. The gang drapped a blanket over him and decided to let him sleep. Before they left, they placed the get well soon card next to him before leaving him to sleep.
