Prepare the ingredients for your choice; which means to cook either your beef or chicken and chop your vegetables. Lay the tortilla on a counter, spread with mayonnaise, add the lettuce, then choose your own filling. Once you've done that, roll up the wrap tightly and cut diagonally.
