Sweetened Condensed Milk | 1 Can
Coconut Shavings | 1 Cup
Cocoa Powder | 1/3 Cup
Plain Biscuits | 1 Pack

Place the biscuits in a blender and mix them together until they resemble fine breadcrumbs, then add them to an empty bowl. Start by adding the cocoa powder, and a quarter of the coconut shavings into the bowl with the crushed biscuits and mix all the ingredients together. Now, add the condensed milk and mix until evenly moist, then place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Once the mixture has been left, spread the remaining coconut shavings onto an empty place and take the bowl out of the fridge - start forming the truffles by rolling them into even balls and then roll them in the coconut shavings.
