RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Chocolate | 140g
Butter | 225g
Egg | 5
Caster Sugar | 450g
Plain Flour | 110g
Cocoa Powder | 55g

Light oven gas mark 5 or 190c. Line a 20x30cm baking tin with parchment paper and set aside. In a pan, melt the butter then add the sugar and stir until combined. Add the chocolate, eggs, plain flour and cocoa powder, then transfer the mixture to the baking tin and cook for 30-40 minutes until the top of the brownie is firm but soft on the inside.
