Tomato Puree | 25g
Grated Cheese | 50g
Pepperoni | 25g
Chopped Pepper | 25g
Chopped Ham | 25g

Light oven gas mark 5 or 190c. Cut the baguette in half and spread both halves with tomato puree, sprinkle with grated cheese and arrange the toppings attractively, season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Place the baguette slices on a baking tray and bake for fifteen minutes until golden brown and crispy.
