PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

Crunchy Peanut Butter | 225g
Chocolate | 200g
Brown Sugar | 280g
Egg | 3
Self Raising Flour | 100g

Light oven gas mark 4 or 180c. Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking parchment. In a pan, gently melt the peanut butter, chocolate & sugar in a pan until the sugar has melted, then turn off the heat and add the eggs & flour (you could use 50g of chocolate and peanut butter to melt in a microwave for 45 seconds to drizzle over the mixture). Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes until it has a crust, then allow to cool in the tin before cutting into squares.
