MUSTARD STUFFED CHICKEN

Mozzarella Cheese | 125g
Cheddar Cheese | 50g
Wholegrain Mustard | 1 Tablespoon
Boneless Chicken Breast | 4
Bacon Slices | 8

Light oven gas mark 6 or 200c. In a bowl, mix together the cheese & mustard, cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast and stuff each of them with the cheese & mustard mixture. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 bacon slices, season each one and place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
