Taehyung flips the page, his eyes are glued to the top left corner as he reads the first line. It's been quite some time since he has read a book as intriguing as this one. He should head back to his duties, the pleasure of having a little break from his daily chores has already come to an end but these days he has become a little selfish, honestly.

While he is sitting on his throne, hearing to the ministers, his mind wonders around the thoughts about his mate. Jungkook. His beautiful smile, sweet voice, doe eyes. Few of the many things that he loves about his mate.

The said person had almost thrown him out of their bedroom with a blush on his face, whines after whines leaving his plump lips, as he muttered under his breath about how lazy the alpha had become since their confession. Taehyung had shook his head, his wide eyes glared at the now shut door, his mates voice muffled behind the closed doors. The last thing he heard was that, according to the luna, he himself is the reason behind his mate's nonchalant behavior towards their pack members and their problems.

'As if I can rest my mind with your thoughts barging inside it for less than two seconds.' Taehyung chuckles. He had then gone straight up to the library and has been stuck there for what seems like an hour or so.

Not his fault. This book is just so amazing. Just in time his pupils dilate, ears perk up at the little sound of bells tinkling. He knows this sound. It's faint but it's increasing at every step.

The corners of his lips lift upwards, the presence of his mate just makes his heart flutter. He shuts the book, places it on the shelf, at it's respective place before turning his body towards the wooden door of the library.

Jungkook's anklet, they tinkle at the movement of every step he takes. Taehyung would love to kiss the ankle that dawns the anklet. The other pair of the anklet is still wrapped around his own wrist.

As the sound intensifies, Taehyung swiftly moves to hide behind the closed doors, a mischievous expression appears on his rather stoic face.

Jungkook mentally prays to the moongoddess to somehow make the alpha agree to whatever he is going to propose. He has been planning this since the day they had confessed and finally, after a long wait, he got the opportunity to bring his plan into action.

The thing is, Taehyung and Jungkook has never been on a date with each other. He understands that the alpha is very busy with his work, but spending some time with his mate won't hurt. He has planned everything, from the place they can visit to the activities they can do on their date. He just needs the alpha to say yes and they are good to go.

According to Jin, Taehyung should be the one doing all the planning since he is a trueblood. But for Jungkook, there's never been any difference between their ranks. Both are alphas. Yes, Taehyung being a trueblood has the upper hand but that doesn't mean he should do all the planning.

Usually alphas do all the courting and planning of dates for their omegas, but Jungkook and Taehyung are unique. One in millions. Even their pair is rare.

On top of that, Jungkook was the one who had made arrangements for their confession too so, it's their thing. Jungkook the one who does all the planning and Taehyung makes it worth it by his presence.

Love can make people do things they have never done before.

Jungkook sighs, takes a long deep breath as he standstill in front of the closed doors of the library. He pushes open the door, the strong waft of Pinewood welcoming him. He steps inside, his doe eyes widened as they search for his mate.
