"My heart, I am going to visit the borders. I will be back at night. I have already informed Jin hyung about it since Namjoon hyung is also going to come with us.", Taehyung says as he takes out his boots from the shoe rack.
(The boots aren't the one's that we use now a days.)
"Why are you going to the borders? ", Jungkook asks getting up from where he was sitting on the couch. He walks up to the alpha, coming to stand in front of him.
By looking at the alpha's face now, anyone could say that the alpha had a shocked and amused expression on his face. In the two months they have been married, Jungkook never asked him any questions regarding his whereabouts. So it was surprising for the alpha when the luna asked him this question.
"The annual fest will be held in a week or two so we need to make sure that our border security is strong. There will be many people from different villages and provinces who will be visiting our pack so to avoid any harm, we will have to make sure our soldiers on the borders are doing their job well.", the alpha informs earning a nod from the luna.
"Can I join you? I....mean I will even ask Jin hyung to accompany us since you said Namjoon hyung is also coming.", Jungkook stutters when the alpha raises his eyebrow as if questioning him.
"Of course you can, my heart. I will be honoured to take you along with me. And sure you can ask Jin hyung.", the alpha says trying his best to control the smile.
"Okay. Okay. I will just go and ask Jin hyung.", Jungkook utters under his breath but the alpha hears it sending the luna a nod in return. A smile appears on the alpha's face at how adorable the luna looks talking to himself.
The luna enters the chambers owned by Jin and Namjoon as he takes in the huge pillars and door. Since the packhouse is huge, he has memorised the directions to each and every room in the packhouse through the monochrome colors of the pillars and doors.
It wasn't the Luna's first time entering this chamber but him being a little too engrossed with the talks with his Jin hyung that he had forgot to memorise the directions.
Jungkook tries to remember every bits and pieces of whatever he could recollect and finally reaches Jin amd Namjoon's bed room.
Jungkook fiddles with his fingers as he stands outside the huge wooden door of Jin's bedroom contemplating whether to knock or not. If someone would read the Luna's mind, they would understand the Luna's inner turmoil.
He knows that his Jin hyung knows him too well to recognise his excuses. He is very well aware of the teasings he would receive from the omega after he tells the other that he wishes to visit the pack borders with the alpha.
Nevertheless, since he has already informed the alpha that he will ask Jin to accompany them, he will have to anyhow convince the omega to come. Well the truth is, the luna doesn't have the inner strength to spent alone time with the alpha. Kim Taehyung is too overpowering and too overwhelming for the Luna's poor heart and brain.
Jungkook takes a deep breath before bringing his hand to knock on the door. Little less than a minute and the door is flung open by Namjoon.
"Jungkook, come inside.", Namjoon gets aside allowing the luna to enter their room. Jungkook bows at the alpha who returns his gesture with a nod.
He walks up to where Jin was sitting on the bed who smiles at him. Jungkook takes a seat, taking a deep breath as he gathers the strength for convincing the omega to accompany him.
"Hyung, alpha Taehyung and Namjoon hyung are going to visit the pack borders.", Jungkook says fiddling with his fingers, avoiding the omega's gaze.
"Yes I know, Jungkook-ah. What about that? ", Jin asks, genuinely curious.
