"You think Wolf can hold them off!?"
Denver says to the others as they limp across the water, they needed to get back to the base and alert them of what was happening at the Northern Parliament. They didn't want to leave Wolf behind but they knew that with that power he had, they would hold him back but even with a power like that he still needed all the help he could get. He was a soldier that was beyond the others levels and skill but he was not invincible.
Denver looks over to Kirov who calls out to the rest. "He will make it comrade, if anyone is to survive the end of the world he is the one for that job, right now we need to get his team to help him but this bitter cold is stopping us". The others were not in the best boat for how cold it was, they didn't have the type of snow gear that Kirov had on making frost bite and hypothermia being another thing that wanted their heads.
They look ahead to see a clearing out of the blizzard, it was their one chance to get out of the bitter frost as the others could only smile at the thought of being able to return back to their friends and family. However Drake looks to Kirov who was deep in thought about it all, "I'm sorry Kirov that we could not save your comrades in arms", "Don't be ... we went down fighting and that is a glory that is at least restored the honour of the others... but".
She looks ahead with a face of sadness and regret that she couldn't do anything to save the others.. her friends... gone and now the only thing stopping the Meta girls from taking the lives of the others and the Azur Lane base is Wolf, Wolf... he bleeds for them even when they looked down on him. The feeling of what they had done to him was nothing but reprehensible and the others could feel the same.
Drake wanted to join BP on her quest with Wolf but QE denied the chance for her to leave the Royal navy to join them since that would make her a traitor but to her it was better being a traitor that was actually doing something than sitting at the base waiting for destruction. She looked back to the Northern Parliament to see the explosion and the fire erupting inside the blizzard. he was still fighting the hell that they refused to fight.
The thing they answered the call for , to protect the innocent while they couldn't protect their own... she could hear the voice of Wolf back then telling them that Azur Lane had failed it's duties and he was right...so right. They had done nothing but bicker and argue over minute details while the others died and bleed trying to fight the sirens. Even the Iris Orthodoxy that was helping left due to the Royal Navies spying...
She heard from Jeanne that they encountered Wolf who ended up choosing none of their sides, while they were fighting a civil war, Wolf was busy fighting the war that they should of been fighting, this is not an army it's a circus and they were apart of the show. Drake could only sigh while deep in thought herself as Pittsburgh knew what she was thinking. "Your right, We Azur Lane girls have took everything for granted and now we can't even fight the things we were assigned to do".
"It was the thing that Balti had told me a week ago in frustration, she wanted to go with Wolf and the rest who were actually fighting a war while they were fighting each other" She said to Drake, she understood what her sister was feeling and if she was trusting Wolf over the army then it meant something more, Balti loved Azur Lane but on that day she seen Wolf crying over the body of Anders begging him to come back had made her decide that Azur Lane was not going to save them.
The one that she cheated on, the one that she blamed was the only thing keeping the whole place together and once he was gone the others payed the price. "Kirov why did the Northern Parliament abandon Azur Lane and attacked it...you guys killed Anders with the Sakura Empire.", "Dya your right...there's no denying that Drake.... Avrora knew that it was a wrong choice but she decided that it was the best option to make sure you guys stayed away but I was never expecting Anders to be at the front...".
