"Rhea who were you just talking to?"

The sound of a gun was ready as she placed the radio down slowly with a calm demeanour, She was looking through the window to see the base was in flames from multiple areas as the AA guns continue to give all the hell they could give to the cunning Siren planes that continue to rain hell on the base. The girl could only give a small smirk and laugh that makes the girl standing strong begin to fear.

"Rhea what the hell did you do!" The girl demanded with her pistol in the firing position. Her hands sweat holding the trigger ready to fire if she needed to but Rhea stayed calm. "Oh Astra...you should of not been here right now... you should of been with the others fighting" She said coldly but Astra's eyes narrowed, "I was to reactivate the defence system cause it turned of-" The sudden mentioning of it and the way Rhea was acting had come together.

She couldn't believe it with her own eyes as the radio on Astra's side began to activate as the battle network lit up like a Christmas tree. "Attention units we advise that we are under attack from the south side! Argh!" The voice cuts off, "Astra, code 11 we have an unidentified force attacking the forces you need to move now, warn Perri before it's too late!" It was her brother on the line yelling at other soldiers who fight with hell to the enemy.

Astra looks to Rhea as her head shifts to see her red glowing eyes stare at her like a demon, it was like 12's eyes which makes Astra's brain peddle. "Enhancements like AK....Rhea why.... why would you do this" She pleaded with her friend but she could only grin walking towards Astra but Astra held her pistol firm yelling at her. "You move one step closer and I'll drop you", "Oh Astra....you know you could never harm me cause you know what would happen if you do".

"I do not care! we swore an oath to protect the last bastion of humanity against every threat that wanted to hinder i-" However in a fit of anger Rhea yelled back at her with gritted teeth and sharp eyes. "Screw the oath! That oath killed so many of us , killed friends we cared about, killed Simon...my Simon" She looked at her friend with anger and distraught however Astra could only feel that she is doing this out of anger.

Astra knew that if Rhea were to turn on the base now with this unknown force and casualties rise... someone will come after her and the rest to burn it all to the ground. "Rhea.. Simons death hurt you in ways that I could never or anyone could understand, it hurt us to see you like that but this...this isn't the answer...this isn't what Simon would want you to do!" The words looked like they were striking Rhea in a point that might make her change of heart.

However those eyes told Astra that she was not going to back down that even if her lips or body emotion was showing something, those blood thirsty eyes told her that Rhea was not going to listen. It hurt her to see her friend end up like this but there was nothing she could do to stop her from doing what she was doing. Rhea walked to the left as Astra tracked with her sights straight at the head of Rhea. She knew the bullets would not pen the chest piece of her friend but in the head will end it all.

"Astra don't you get it.. humanity is crumbling and this base.... this so called force cannot protect it's own at all don't you see that... you all cling to this old way of life but now it's time for the strong to come out". "And kill everyone here! Don't give me that crap! Rhea you are better than this and if you do decide to turn your back on us what would the captain think of you then?" The words continue to strike cords.
