Johnnie and his boyfriend Carrington are sleeping together. Rain is going on outside and hitting the window panes.

The window was open, the rain creating a peaceful sound as it hit the glass. Carrington was lying on his back, his head tilted to the side as he looked at the window.

Carrington could feel the cold air from the window blowing in, but he didn't mind it. In fact, it was kind of nice. He was in a half-awake state, still sleepy but also awake enough to hear the rain.

But this peaceful moment started to shift when Johnnie started to become restless in his sleep.

Carrington noticed the sudden change in Johnnie's behavior, feeling his body shift beside him. He turned his head to look at him, seeing that he was now frowning in his sleep.

He reached out and gently touched Johnnie's shoulder, shaking him slightly. "Hey, you okay?"

Johnnie suddenly sat up. Clutching at his chest as he is rapid breathing. He woke up with a panic attack, and he didn't know the cause of it.

Carrington sat up as well, concern etched on his face. He quickly turned to face Johnnie, placing a hand on his back."Johnnie, hey, hey. Breathe, okay? You're okay."

He spoke in a soothing tone, trying to calm him down. He could feel Johnnie's chest heaving with each rapid breath, and it worried him.

"I CANT!-" Johnnie exclaimed as he is hyperventilating. He feels the world is crashing down. He feels like he's in doom. His hands are visibly shaking as his eyes glossed with tears.

Carrington's worry deepened as he saw the panic in Johnnie's eyes. He moved closer to him, wrapping his arms around him in a tight embrace."Shh, shh. It's okay, it's okay. I'm here, baby. You're safe. Just breathe with me, okay? Deep breaths."

He began to take deep breaths himself, hoping that Johnnie would follow his lead and start to calm down.

But it wasn't working! Johnnie pulled back. He was hyperventilating so much. "My chest hurts- i- I can't breathe!!"

Carrington sighs and focuses his attention back on Johnnie. He remembered some breathing techniques that he had learned before."Johnnie, listen to me. I want you to try and take slow, deep breaths. Follow my lead, okay?"He took a deep breath himself, holding it for a few seconds before exhaling slowly.

Johnnie tries to follow Carrington's lead. But he was getting dizzy. He slumps his head onto Carrington's shoulder suddenly, fainting.

Carrington's heart skipped a beat as he felt Johnnie slump against him. He quickly wrapped his arms around him, holding him tightly.

"Baby!? Johnnie!"

He called out to him, but there was no response. He gently laid him down on the bed and checked his pulse. His heart was still beating, but it was weak.

Johnnie was still fainted from his panic attack. However is breathing started to calm down. It was like his body was resetting.

Carrington let out a sigh of relief as he felt Johnnie's breathing start to even out. He sat there for a few moments, just watching him and making sure he was okay.

Eventually, Johnnie stirred, his eyes slowly fluttering open. Carrington gently brushed his hair away from his face, looking at him with concern."Hey, you're okay. You had a panic attack, but it's over now. You're safe."

Johnnie rubbed his head, "I don't know why.. I haven't been anxious lately," He replied as he felt exhausted from his attack.

Carrington continued to gently stroke his hair, his touch soothing."It's okay, you don't have to know why. Panic attacks can come out of nowhere sometimes. You're not alone in this, I'm here for you."

He looked at Johnnie with a soft expression, his eyes filled with love and concern.

"Im okay hon" Johnnie reasured as he kissed Carrington's cheek. "im just really tired." He started to listen to the rain and that started to calm him down more.

Carrington smiled slightly as Johnnie kissed his cheek. He could see the exhaustion in his eyes and knew that he needed rest.
"You should get some sleep. You've been through a lot tonight."

He gently laid down next to him, pulling the covers over them both. He wrapped his arms around Johnnie, holding him close.

Johnnie cuddles up with Carrington. He felt a bit dizzy still but he just remained laying down. He doesn't want to faint again.

Carrington held him tightly, feeling the warmth of his body against his own. He gently rubbed his back, hoping to help him relax even more.

"Just take it easy, okay? Don't try to do anything too strenuous. I'm right here if you need anything."He placed a soft kiss on the top of Johnnie's head, his touch gentle and comforting.

"Mhm," Johnnie replied by humming as he closed his eyes. Too exhausted from this panic attack issue.

Carrington continued to hold him, watching as Johnnie slowly drifted off to sleep. He stayed awake for a while longer, making sure that he was okay and that his breathing remained steady.

Eventually, exhaustion overtook him as well, and he closed his eyes, letting sleep take over.

As the night went on, the rain continued to fall outside. Carrington and Johnnie slept peacefully, wrapped in each other's arms. Despite the earlier panic attack,

Johnnie slept soundly, feeling safe and secure in Carrington's embrace.
