Hero, Villians, & Vigilantes
This is connected to Tommy Innit Clinic of Super Villains, my au! Haven't started writing that story yet, but it's to come!

Background knowledge, there are three cities, all dealing with Villians Hero, & Vigilantes, one of the cities with the most Villains, and the strongest is Lamburger city ruled by Mayor Shlatt! The most popular city and with the lowest crime rate Is Empire City, Mayor being the Major Family, and then the city in the middle with a good amount of lake of crime and crime, Hermitopia, Mayor Xisuma! Normally they keep the same Mayor until they die, or the citizens want a change! Empire City, and Hermitopia have a joint hero program, and tried to invite Lamburger, but refused! The Best Heroes are from Hermitopia and Empire City, Hot Guy & Cute Guy from Hermitopia, and Frost aka Aeor Champion & Selena from Empire City! The number one villains would be the syndicate from Lamburger! They all have agreed that those of healers on either of the three sides are natural no matter what! Some Hero have past as Villains or Vigilantes in other cities, like Frost, but you guys know him mainly as Scott Major, the crown jewel of Empire City, a model, and does many other things for the side, there was a time when blood moon where normal, and a Villain appeared in Hermitopia by the name of Blood Moon, that was Scott, but after blood moon ended he stopped, he's become one of the best heros, but still loves the danger so has become the Vigilante in Lamburger City known as NightStar, help both hero and villians, but hates The Dream Team, he'll never kill, he always does thing to protect civilians during fights, and when he robs banks he gives the money to the citizens in poor districts! He's known for working with the Syndicate, but also works with Business Bay before they separated, and currently work with Hot Guy & Cute Guy! Another note Scott has revealed his identity to the Syndicate because they wouldn't work with him, but they do not know he's also a hero! Scott relationship status is Flower Ranchers, and he's partner in work who called Listen is Martyn, Listen is a Vigilante and a Spy! Also Tommy Bi, and will be in a relationship with either Deo, or Purple you guys chose!
Information on Business Bay will be given on Tommy POV of this story line, I still need a better name for it cause I don't wanna uses Tommyinnit Clinic for Super Villains, when I make the official story, senses the POV will change between Scott, & Tommy, mainly but also Grian!

NightStar: {Sighs} Apollo I'm done with this for the night!
Apollo: Star?
NightStar: {Looks up at the full moon} I'm fine I just can't for tonight... {The crown on his head glows with the light of the moon, in his head} Selena... {Looks at him} Just don't get as much energy from the night sky as I normally do!
Apollo: Gatcha! We should be fine here!
NightStar: Yeah, night Apollo!
Apollo: Night!
Oh Yeah Frost is female, NightStar nobinary, & Blood Moon is male

Scott: {Sighs} I was a Vigilante before you trained me Pearl!

Scott: Us hero can't do anything in Lamburger City, so I became a Vigilante to help the civilians here! I work with both hero and villains but have rules for them if I help them, and all even the Syndicate listens!
Pearl: Let's get back!
Scott: Ye- {His charm glows, then stars glow around him and they change into NightStar}
NightStar: Apollo whats wrong?
Apollo: I can't get in contact with the other Syndicate members!
NightStar: Gotcha! {Clicks his headset} Listen!
Listen: What's up star?
NightStar: Can you try and locate the Syndicate, Apollo can't get in contact with them, I have to get back to Lamburger City!
Listen: On it!
NightStar: {Turns off his mic} I have to go Selena, and please understand, that in Empire City, and Hermitopia I'm still a hero, just in Lamburger I'm a Vigilante!
