Ahaan entered the kitchen where bua ji was making the breakfast, he hugged her from back.
"Assalamualaikum bua ji!" He said kissing her temples.
"Walaikumassalam beta!" Bua ji replied patting his face with her charming smile.
"Baitho mai coffee laati hu!" She said
"Aap rest karein, aj breakfast mai banaunga!" He replied
At 10:30 Ahaan began preparing breakfast, he made pancakes and hot chocolate for zara, and sandwiches with steaming coffee for umer. Once everything was ready he went to wake them up, starting with umer.
"Umer utho beta!" He said gently patting his cheeks
But umer a deep sleeper didn't even budge
"You have 5 minutes utho jaldi!" Ahaan said firmly in his deep voice which made umer jump from his bed, he rubbed his eys, saw Ahaan's stern expression, and smiled sheepishly at ahaan.
"Aise kyu dekh rahe ho creepy vibes aarahi hai aapse!" Umer said still smiling
Ahaan stepped closer to him to put some senses in his mind.
"Aree dur hate aapke irade thik nahi lag rahe!" Umer said moving back on bed
"Niche aao batata hu mere iraade, khud to ho hi battameez meri bachi ko b bigaad rahe ho!" Ahaan said sternly.
"Aapki bachi bigdi hui hi hai,usne zidd ki thi mai mana nahi kar saka!" Umer yelled and ran towards washroom saving himself, making Ahaan chuckle
He then went towards zara who was sleeping hugging her soft toys, he switched on the lights and opened the curtains making the sunlight fall on her face, she turned other side.
"Zara utho subah hogayi!" Ahaan said caressing her hairs.
"Uhmm, sone de!" She said grumpily.
"11 baj rahe hai beta utho!" He said removing her sheets.
"Aur 5 minutes please!" She whined
"1 second bhi nahi utho fauran!" He said little firmly this time.
She quickly woke up and sat straight.
"Happy Birthday bacha!" He said hugging her and kissing her forehead
"Thank you!" She said hugging his chest.
"Fresh hokar bahar aao nashta lagwa raha hu!" Ahaan said cupping her cheeks.
"Ji!" She said moving towards washroom
She quickly got ready and wore her favourite jumpsuit which umer gifted her a week ago and moved downstairs.
"Good morning bhai!" Zara hugged umer from back who was on a call
"Good morning!" He said turning back and ruffling her hairs
"Table pe baitho dono, nashta lag raha hai!" Ahaan commanded from kitchen his voice clearly showing his anger.
They both quickly took their seats exchanging nervous glances. Ahaan arrived with a plate of delicious pancakes while bua ji followed with other dishes.
"Wow aaj breakfast me pancakes thank god, bhaiya meri birthday daily nahi hosakti kya?" She asked smirking.
"Haa kyu nahi agar aap birthday ka fayda utha kar sneak outs na karo aadhi raat ko toh!" Ahaan taunted.
"Maine kuch nahi kiya, umer bhai hi zidd kar rahe the ke ghoomne jana hai, maine to mana bhi kiya tha ki nahi bhaiya naraaz honge par inhone suna hi nahi!" She said turning to umer making a most adorable and innocent face to save her.
