The next morning, everyone woke up. Zara in particular was feeling the best, her heart was lighter than it had been in years.The weight of her secrets and fears shared with her brothers had lifted and she felt a sense of relief wash over her. She wanted to scream, dance and tell the world how happy she was.
As she stepped out in the lawn she begun her daily routine to water plants. Ahaan and umer returned from their jog, their faces lit up with radiant smiles as they saw Zara fresh and happy,
"Boom!" Umer scream in her ear as she has not seen them coming
"Aaaah baba!" She let out a startled from sudden scream, her heart started racing she kept her hand on her chest to calm herself down
"Umer bhai aap!" Umer burst into laughter Zara's shock turned to playfulness, with a mischievous grin, she turned the water tap to full force and soaked umer with it.
"Zoi ki bachi hatao ise!" Umer yelled running his hand in his hairs, closing his eyes, Zara's eye darted towards Ahaan who was laughing so hard seeing them.
She turned the pipe on him too and soaked Ahaan, he widened his eyes in surprise, making her giggles turned into uncontrollable laugh.
Umer picked up the other pipe from corner and did the same with her making her run in the whole lawn.
Zara stopped and turned the pipe, positioning it perfectly to drench both Ahaan and Umer simultaneously.
"Zoi buss karo yar!" Umer yelled shielding himself from the water.
"No way!" She replied increasing the water pressure on his face
"Chordunga nahi fir!" He retaliated, doing the same to her.
And suddenly umer and zara turned towards Ahaan and attacked him with water.
"Stop it both of you!" Ahaan yelled, trying to defend himself, but they just burst out laughing, he glared them angrily but they laughed harder.
Zara collapsed on ground laughing till her stomach aches, and umer joined her, taking her in a side hug. They sat there, laughing and catching their breath
"Maza aagaya!" She said giving umer an high five
"Utho dono fauran jao shower lo mujhe bhi bhiga diya!" Ahaan shook his head
"Mai to abhi shower lekar aayi thi mai nahi jarahi!" Zara replied
"Geeli ho poori thand lag jaegi jao change karlo atleast aur jaldi karo late hojaogi school ke liye!" Ahaan chided
"Bhaiya, aaj school nahi jana hai please please please" Zara said poking his biceps repeatedly.
"Aur wo kyu?" Ahaan asked raising his eye brow
"Aise hi buss aaj masti ka mood hai!" She said with a mischievous grin that showed all her teeth.
"That's not a valid reason" He said.
"Please!" She requested again.
"You only have 10 minutes, ready hokar breakfast ke liye aao!" Ahaan said ignoring her pleads and turned to leave for a shower.
Umer was in his college's canteen when his friend Ibrahim approached him.
"Umer chal na bohut din hogaye kuch adventure nahi kiya!" Ibrahim said scrolling his phone
"Kal meri bhen ki birthday hai uske baad plan karte hai!" Umer said smirking.
After college umer and zara sat in car to come back home, and zara was still in a good mood she wanted to have fun with umer.
