They joined faaris and umer, who were engrossed in a serious conversation on couch.
"Should we start?" Faaris asked turning towards zara and she nodded in agreement
"Pills wali baat batakar aayi ho na!" Faaris whispered
Zara widened her eyes wondering how he knew, she gently nodded making faaris smile
"How are you feeling?" Faaris asked in professional doctor tone
"Much better!" Zara replied.
"Mujhe zara se akele me counselling karni hai please excuse us!" Fararis said looking at Ahaan and umer
"Akele me kyu, bhai hai humlog sun sakte hai, tum start karo" Ahaan said firmly
"Haa bakwass mat kar isliye ghar pe bulaya tha maine to yeh formalities ki zarurat nahi hai!" Umer added in the same tone as Ahaan
Faaris rolled his eyes
"Agar yaha rukna hai toh please cooperate jab tak hamari baat khatam nahi hoti koi kuch nahi bolega beech me" Faaris said
"Mujhe aapse kuch questions puchne hai I want you to tell me everything honestly. Are you comfortable to answer it infront of everyone?" Faaris asked and zara nodded confidently, feeling relieved that she had already shared her secrets to Ahaan and had nothing to hide.
"Good, so tell me what happened last night during panic attack? What were your symptoms?" Faaris asked
She glanced at umer feeling a bit uncomfortable with his question, umer came and sat beside her holding her hands in his. She took a deep breath and began to answer
"I felt like I can't breathe, my heart was racing, my hands were shivering, my vision got blurred, my heart was paining and I thought I'd pass out!" She answered honestly.
"Hmm I see, aisa kya hua tha zara jo aapki anxiety ko trigger kar raha tha?? Something specific? Are you stressed about something?" He asked again
"Ohh no wrong move, ab samjh aaya yeh akele me kyu baat karna chah rahe the, kaise questions puch rahe hai kya answer du!' Zara thought herself.
"Phele hi kaha tha akele me puchunga, ab wohi answers do jo sach hai!" Faaris said
Zara's eyes widened again how he knows her everytime
"Aapko mind reading aati hai?" She asked making others chuckle
"Not the answer to my question!"
"Not anything specific itne time se itna kuch horaha tha, shah house ke incidents baar baar hurt karte hai aur fir umer bhai bhi bewaja gussa hogaye the fir bhaiya ne bhi kaha the ki maine unka maan tod diya toh buss..!" She replied sticking her gaze on floor
"I understand its not your fault so stop feeling guilty about it!" Faaris said firmly
"Abhi kaisa feel kar rahi ho?"
"Bohut zyada better, mai I guess 5 years ke baad kisi ke saamne royi hu aur kisi ne judge bhi nahi kiya to abhi bohut acha lag raha hai!" She said grinning
"Good, Sleep schedule kaisa hai?" Faaris asked.
She turned to umer who was holding her hands and whispered slowly in his ears.
"Khatam karwayein na ye mujhe nahi dena answers, ye personal attack kar rahe hai!"
Umer chuckled loudly but stopped when he heard a firm voice of faaris.
"Hogaya dono ka should we continue?"
Zara nodded her head reluctantly feeling annoyed, she made a mental note that this is the first and last session of faaris she is taking.
