"Aap umer ko defend karne aayi ho yaha!" Ahaan asked sharply.

Zayyan stood up and sat beside umer.

But Umer remained silent, he just sat there weeping silently, he couldn't find the words to express the turmoil brewing inside. Ahaan's gaze was fixed on his brother, his eyes were blank and unreadable. Yet a glimmer of understanding flickered within them. The knowledge that Umer had done it for Minaheel to protect her, brought a sense of clarity to Ahaan's thoughts. He was still processing his emotions, but the purpose behind Umer's actions made sense to him.
