the homework that nessa wouldve spent at least 4 hours on by herself, took an hour and a half with charlottes help, something she was forever greatful for. she also felt like she got to know her better, considering they had only known each other for a day.

even tho nessa probably shouldve payed attention to what charlotte was saying, she spent most of the time admiring her features. this was something she tended to do when talking to new people and she couldnt deny that she was attractive.

she had small freckles spread all over her face, a pink tint on her cheeks, blue eyes that was brought out by the eyeliner she wore and her blonde hair fell just below her shoulders.

however she couldnt stop herself from looking after signs of lynn in her. she had no dimples, her voice was as clear as day and their personalities were definitely polar opposites. maybe she was just forcing herself to try and like someone else so she could get over the athlete as these were some of her favourite things about her.

at lunch the next day, eva, charlotte and nessa sat together a few tables away from where their other 'friends' where sitting. they had distanced themselves after augustine suddenly got something against nessa before the break, which wasnt a bad thing in her opinion. what was weird now was that they saw the redhead walking towards their table. "why is she walking towards us" eva questioned nessa, but she only shrugged her shoulders. "i dont know, you tell me"

augustines eyes were set on the other girl who wasnt really paying attention. "heyyy, chloe was it?" was the first thing she said, giving the fakest smile nessa had ever seen along as she made her voice more high pitched. "charlotte" she corrected, a tight lipped smile on her lips. "ohh my bad. thats such a pretty name" the two others on the opposite side of the table watched closely as she moved her hands as she spoke, acting like she was the sweetest soul on earth. "thank you"

"sooo are there any boys that have caught your eye yet?" she leaned on the table, completely ignoring eva and nessa. "i dont do guys" augustine was clearly confused by this as she blankly stared at the girl. charlotte understood and continued so she could explain the statement that really was very simple. "im a lesbian" she said confidently, not ashamed at all. eva sent a look nessas way. one that she couldnt quite read.

augustine however did not look too pleased by her answer and put on a fake smile. "oh... well, girls in that case" nessa could easily hear the disgust in her voice, just hoping she wouldnt bother to start treating charlotte like she did her. "why would i tell you?" augustine struggled finding words to reply to this and it showed as it sounded very much like a question. "i dont know, thought we were friends" she shrugged her shoulders. and just like that, she left just as quickly as she came.

"she didnt even know my name, why would she think were friends?" charlotte laughed slightly. "just ignore her, thats just how she is" the other blonde said, switching from looking at charlotte and the redhead that was speedwalking back to mia. "she likes to think shes better than everyone" nessa continued evas sentence, nodding towards the table. "pretty much everyone over there thinks so. well, maybe not carla, shes cool"

margo still found it hillarious that she pushed lynn into nessa and was telling the whole story to inez on one of the benches by the soccerfield. it was easy for them to laugh about when they never had experienced anything like it. "it wasnt that funny" lynn muttered, not looking up from the ground. "you cannot be speaking, your cheeks are so flushed right now" inez teased, but her smile faded once she saw how bothered lynn seemed by it.
