They say you will have to dance to the music of your life choices
But
What if I never made those choices
What if there was never any song to dance to
What if the music didn't feel familiar
What if someone else re mixed my songs
What if someone composed the song for me and somehow I had to dance to an unfamiliar beat
Do I do a break dance even if I can't quite do it well
I can't tango even if my life depends on it, and it does after all takes two to tango
Tap dancing isn't my favourite dance because it makes my feet sore
Ballet looks so beautiful but it takes a lot
How can I possibly dance to tunes I haven't practiced
Why must I dance?
