This chapter is pretty much Spencer and Aria reminiscing about their past so it has a lot of flashbacks. You can probably skip this chapter but it's going to be really fluffy.
Aria's POV
Spencer places a kiss on my lips drawing my attention away from the TV. We were sprawled on the couch with me lying on top of Spencer, her arms wrapped tightly around me and my head resting on her chest while she was propped up slightly so she could see the TV. I smile at her, raising my eyebrows in suspicion. "Do you remember our first kiss?" She asks suddenly.
"It really wasn't that long ago." I reply wondering why Spencer had brought it up.
"Not that first kiss, when we were twelve years old? Do you not remember?" She asks looking at me. My mind reels in thoughts and when I finally find the memory I smile.
"Of course I remember." I say happily.

**Flashback**
"Boys suck." Spencer complains lying flat on her bed. She always did have the best things since her family were so rich. Spencer was the tallest girl in our class and the difference in our height could be seen from a mile away. That didn't stop her being my best friend though, we'd always be together, hanging out, sharing secrets, protecting each other. "You have a boyfriend?" I ask curiously. "My daddy won't even let me look at a boy." I grin at Spencer and she laughs.
"No, I don't have a boyfriend, they're just annoying and gross." Spencer replies which I totally agree with but stay silent.
"I wonder what it's like to be kissed?" I ponder aloud. Spencer glances at me for a moment.
"What if we kissed?" She asks and I can tell she immediately regrets it. "I mean it's just a suggestion we don't-"
"Let's do it." I decide.
"Wait, really?" Spencer asks her surprised expression making me giggle.
"It'll be fun, besides, I'd rather have my first kiss with my best friend then some gross boy who picks his nose." I joke and Spencer smiles. I sit next to her on the bed and after a little while she frowns.
"Do you even know how to kiss?" Spencer asks.
"It's not rocket science Spence." I say sarcastically and she glares at me.
"You're expecting me to make the first move?" Spencer turns to face me.
"Well, I mean... at the same time?" I shrug my shoulders.
"Okay, 1... 2... 3." Spencer and I lean in at the same time our heads tilted slightly in the opposite directions so our heads don't bump. Our lips meet for the first time which was a weird feeling. It takes me a moment to begin to kiss her back my eyes closed firmly. She pulls away all too soon for my liking but I don't tell her that. "That was good." I say standing back up and heading towards the door. "We should kiss more often." I say in a playful tone, winking at Spencer as I slip out her door.
"Anytime." Spencer whispers under her breath that I only just catch it. I smile before leaving her room and running to the park to play.
**End Flashback**

"I still can't believe you stayed home to read while I went to the park." I laugh sitting up and Spencer follows suit sitting crossed legged across from me. "You always were a huge dork." I snort playfully.
"Don't be mean." Spencer scolds. "It's not like you haven't had a few dorky moments, remember when you forced me to help you study that one time?"

**Flashback**
"I need you Spencer!" I complain down the phone. "I'm totally failing my freshmen year, I need to pass, and your big stupid brain, needs to come over here and help me." I beg down the phone.
"You realise that you just called me stupid, while you're trying to convince me to help you?" Spencer asks her voice sounding very amused.
"Spencer! Please!" I beg.
"But I was just going to have a chill night in! Do you really need me that bad?" Spencer complains.
"I was considering asking my brother for help." I state and I hear Spencer laugh at me.
"Fine, I'll come over but you better not abuse me." Spencer sighs and I smile.
"Please hurry, love you Spencey." I saw sweetly.
"Yeah, you better." Spencer grumbles before handing up. A few minutes later Spencer was knocking on the door. I grab her hand and pull her into the living room to my pile of books that I had been studying for hours with no success of retaining anything. "You didn't even make snacks." Spencer pouts.
"Spencer concentrate!" I scold getting back to the books.
