(No I'm not about to apologize for this one- good luck.)

Orange felt himself floating. He wasn't sure why, or where he was, but he felt...lighter than ever before, in a way. He couldn't see anything, but he didn't feel scared either.

As he swam through total blackness with no light to guide him, something in his mind told him to move, move, move. Orange still didn't know what it was, but he was compelled to follow it.

He tried to reach out with his claws, but it did nothing to pierce through the darkness. He tried to suck in a breath, but it felt like he was drowning.

Orange struggled there, as something kept him from giving in to the darkness. He silently gasped as he heard a distant voice. He then tried to follow it, and he heard it getting louder.

And then he saw it, a light. Orange tried to reach out to the light, but he couldn't even see his claws. As his vision was engulfed by it, he suddenly felt as if he could breathe, as if he had just been freed from the cold grasp of wherever that was.

"...ange....ake up...pl...e"

Suddenly, Orange blinked open his eyes, and he groaned deeply. He felt like he had just been hit by a massive truck, and both his head and side hurt like hell.

"Orange! Wake up!"

His eyes finally shot open as he registered the voice. It was Elise's. It took a moment for his vision to clear, but when he could finally see, he was met with the sight of her face, with concern written all over it.

"Wha-huh?" He muttered groggily, trying to stop the pounding in his head by putting his claws on it. It didn't do anything to soothe the pain, however.

Orange was currently propped up against a wall, sitting with his back against it. Elise was also there, crouching down to be at his level.

"Orange...please get up, we have to go!" Elise said with urgency, grabbing him by the arm and trying to help him stand.

Orange let her as he recognized the tone of her voice. "What's...going on?" He asked, still trying to make sense of things.

Elise touched him again, "We have to go now." She said, "You and Red set off an explosion, and it did some real damage."

That was when Orange finally woke up fully, remembering the events that had transpired. He had just stood up to Red when...when there had indeed been an explosion which had sent them both flying backwards.

He gasped with realization as he finally looked around at the Laboratory. There was smoke everywhere, and fire flared up all around them, casting the room around them in a haunting orange glow.
