The Eve of

Royal Rumble 2024

"Welcome home," Hunter said to me and Naomi as we got out of our SUV's.

"Glad to be home," I said giving him a hug, everyone shook hands and I introduced Hunter to Richard.

"I'd like him to be a part of my entrance," I said to Hunter.

"Alright let's see what we can do, I was thinking we'd do Naomi first since hers isn't as complicated as yours," he said.

"Sounds good."

"Only crew members that need to be here are here everyone else has gone so you don't have to worry about hiding. You guys want to see the stadium?"

"Hell yeah," I said and we followed him. The camera staying right by me and I walked with Richard as Naomi walked with Paul and Nicole. Richard of course had a ton of questions. Hunter didn't hesitate either to jump in and answer some of the questions before I could.

"Welcome to gorilla," Hunter said holding the curtain back and man I had missed gorilla.

"Gorilla?" Richard asked and it had to be explained to him what that meant. Hunter took the time to explain it to him but then I added on as I went to the curtain.

"This is where you throw all your nerves and worries out the door. This is where you walk out as one person and come back as another. This is where you go out as a superstar and come back as a legend," I said pushing the curtains out and stepping out into the huge stadium everyone following behind me. Goosebumps ran down my arms as I looked at my future, at my destiny. We walked slowly down the long winding aisle toward the ring.

"Is this place going to be filled with people?" Richard asked looking in disbelief his jaw handing down.

"That's right," I said. We got to the ring and I reached up grabbing the bottom rope and getting up on the ring apron taking in the entire view. I was surveying the stadium seeing where I was going to come in at. I turned around and looked up and stopped in my tracks the WrestleMania sign staring right back at me. A shadow casted over as Richard had gotten in the ring standing next to me.

"You should be grateful not many get a chance to even step foot in a ring," I said not taking my eyes off the WrestleMania sign.

"That's what this show is all about right to get there at WrestleMania?" he asked.

"Yeah WrestleMania, the show of shows where you become immortal, it's the Superbowl, World Series, and the Daytona 500 all rolled into one. You win the Royal Rumble match and you get to be the main event," I said.

"And that's what you're trying to do?"

"If it's not what you're trying to do then you're in the wrong place," I said. Hunter and Naomi went back up the ramp to start her entrance. Richard and I got out of the ring so Naomi could have it.

"Where's his seat?" I asked Nicole and we followed her over to the side. Front row, end seat. Exactly where I was hoping he would be.

"What do you have planned?" Paul asked.

"Let's watch Naomi first then I'll explain what I want to do," I said and Naomi's music hit. It was good to hear her song again. We cheered her on as they ran threw it a few times. Then Hunter came back out.
