Will you miss me when I'm gone?

•Chapter 5•

I smirk and look at the guys standing around me, Savanna is going to freak.

She's probably wearing sweatpants so she's definitely going to freak.

I knock on the door and Savanna pulls it open.

"Hey Savanna." I smirk. She's wearing sweatpants and a tank top.

"Hey Marz, make yourselves at home. I'm gonna go change." She says, then makes a mad dash for her room.

I hear one of the guys chuckle behind me and I lead them inside towards the couch.

We sit down, Lachlan, Vikk, and Preston on the big couch. I sit on the loveseat, assuming Sav will sit next to me.

"Where are her parents?" Lachlan asks.

"She got emancipated when she was 15." I say.

He nods. "So she lives by herself?" He asks.

"Not exactly." I say, picking up her cat, Poofless. (😂)

"What's it's name?" Lachlan asks.

"Poofless." I mumble.

Preston bursts out laughing and I smile sheepishly.

"She's really pretty." Lachlan says, looking at one of the pictures of us near him.

Savanna rushes back in wearing jeans and her favorite grey sweater, her brownish blonde hair pulled back some.

I wiggle my eyebrows at her once her gaze lands on me. She flips me off and Lachlan chuckles.

She sits next to me and grabs the coffee out of Lachlan's hand.

"What the fudge?!" He asks.

"Get rekt." She laughs.

"Alright well, this is Preston," I smile. "The one you took the coffee from us Lachlan, and the Indian one is Vikk." I say.

"Thanks for the coffee, Lachlan." Savanna smirks.

"You're welcome, I guess." Lachlan chuckles.

Rob walks in and sits down on Preston's lap.

"Poofless." Savanna whispers to me.

I choke on my spit and start to cough.

"Are you okay?" Preston asks, his voice sounds concerned.

"I'm fine." I manage to choke out.

"What did you whisper to her? Just then." Lachlan asks.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Savanna says innocently. She gets up and walks towards the kitchen.

Lachlan's eyes follow her every step.

"Why don't you go in there and talk to her?" Rob suggests.

He nods and walks into the kitchen after her.

"I ship it." Vikk says.

Preston, Rob, and I laugh and nod in agreement.

"I also ship you and Preston." Vikk says.

"As much as I ship Poofless, so do I." Rob laughs.

Savanna walks in, followed by a pink Lachlan.

"Where's your bathroom?" Vikk asks.

"Down the hallway to the left." Savanna says.

He gets up and walks out, Lachlan's hand brushes his butt and we all laugh.

"NO BOOTY TOUCHING!!" I yell.

Lachlan laughs and sits down.

"What if Preston touches your booty?" Savanna smirks.

I feel my face heat up.

"I'm going to the store, Sav, you wanna come?" I ask, standing up.

"Sure." She says, standing up.

"Anyone else want to come?" I ask.

"Me." Preston and Lachlan both say.

I laugh and Savanna rolls her eyes.

We walk to the car and Preston gets in the drivers seat, I get in shot gun. Lachlan and Savanna get in the back.

I turn on the radio and Lachlan automatically starts singing.

We get to the store and Preston and I go ahead of Lachlan and Savanna.

"You're so beautiful." Preston says casually.

"Thanks?" I laugh awkwardly.

"I hope you know that I'll never leave you, no matter what." He says.

"I know, and I'll never leave you." I say, staring at my shoes.

"Well on a different note, I think Lachlan is interested in Savanna." He says.

"Yeah, she's a little flighty but I have a feeling Lachlan can help." I say.

All of a sudden, Lachlan races past us with Savanna in a cart.

"LACHLAN!!" Savanna yells.

He says something in response but we can't hear it.

"SLOW DOWN!!!" She yells.

We watch as a manager escorts them out of the store.

"They're perfect for each other." Preston laughs.

"Yeah they are." I smile at the thought.

We check out and walk towards the car, I can see Lachlan and Savanna giggling in the back.

We open the doors and get in.

"Did you guys really get kicked out of the store?" I ask.

"Maybe." Savanna says.

"Fudging children." Preston says.

"Wait, how old are you?" Lachlan asks Savanna.

"18." She responds.

"Good." He smiles.

"Why? Does little Lachy have a crush?" Preston teases.

"What!?" Lachlan and Savanna yell.

"Seems like the crush is mutual." I smirk.

"Says you guys." Savanna snaps.

"Yeah seriously." Lachlan says.

"I don't know what the crap you're talking about." Preston says, turning the corner. He's not paying attention and there's a car and it's going to hit us.

"Preston!" I yell, lights shine through the windows.

Then everything went black.
