As he walked through the lobby, he greeted everyone with a polite bow and a warm smile. He was making his way to the elevator, but just as the doors were about to close, he hurried to catch it. In his haste, his foot got caught in the carpet, causing him to stumble forward.

Before he could fall, Jin found himself crashing into a stranger—a tall Alpha—inside the elevator.

Jin’s heart raced as he collided with the stranger, his hands instinctively grabbing onto the Alpha’s chest for support. The elevator doors closed behind them, trapping them in the small space together. The stranger, who had been startled by the sudden impact, quickly steadied Jin, his strong hands gripping Jin's shoulders firmly but gently.

"I’m so sorry!" Jin blurted out, his face flushed with embarrassment. He quickly pulled away, his eyes flickering nervously between the Alpha and the floor, too mortified to make proper eye contact.

The Alpha looked down at Jin with a calm, unreadable expression. "It’s alright," he said in a deep voice.

Jin mumbled another apology, still flustered, as he tried to regain his composure. The elevator began its ascent, and the atmosphere grew thick with an awkward silence. Jin could feel the stranger's gaze on him, but he kept his eyes glued to the elevator doors, praying for the ride to end quickly.

As the elevator reached Jungkook's office floor, the doors opened with a soft ding. Jin quickly stepped out, offering a quick bow to the stranger before making his way down the hallway. However, he couldn’t shake the feeling of the Alpha’s eyes on his back as he walked away.

Jin hurried down the hallway, trying to shake off the lingering embarrassment from his encounter in the elevator. As he approached Jungkook's office, he took a deep breath to steady himself before knocking on the door.

"Come in," Jungkook's voice called from inside.

Jin opened the door and stepped in, his eyes immediately finding Jungkook, who was seated at his desk. The moment their eyes met, Jungkook’s serious expression softened, a warm smile spreading across his face.

Jin offered a small smile in return, holding up the tray with the carefully prepared fish and dessert. "I brought what you asked for."

Jungkook's eyes lit up as he gestured for Jin to bring it over. "You always know how to make my day better, don’t you?"

Jin placed the tray on Jungkook’s desk, his heart fluttering at the compliment. "I’m glad you like it," he said softly.

Jungkook stood up, moving around the desk to stand closer to Jin. He reached out, gently tucking a stray lock of hair behind Jin's ear. "I more than like it," he murmured, his voice low and filled with affection.

Jin’s breath hitched at the sudden closeness, his cheeks flushing as Jungkook’s intense gaze locked onto his. Before Jin could react, Jungkook leaned in, his lips brushing softly against Jin's.

The kiss was brief but full of warmth, and when Jungkook pulled back, Jin found himself leaning in, as if drawn by an invisible force, wanting more. But Jungkook just smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he said, "Thank you for always taking care of me, Jin."

Jin's heart swelled with emotion, and he looked up at Jungkook with a shy but happy smile. "It's my pleasure," he whispered, feeling completely at peace in this moment.

But the tender moment was interrupted by a sudden knock on the door. Jin quickly stepped back, his cheeks still flushed as Jungkook called out, "Come in."

Jungkook, his expression quickly turning serious, called out for the person to enter. As the door opened, Jin's eyes widened in surprise—it was the same stranger from the elevator.
