Early that morning, Jungkook finished his breakfast quickly and set off on a three-hour drive to the city of Changwon. Following an address his informant had sent him by email, he finally arrived at an apartment building. Taking a deep breath, he got out of the car and entered, taking the elevator up to the 15th floor. After searching for a bit, he found it-Room 225.

A small smile played on his lips as he pressed the doorbell. Within moments, the door opened, and there stood Jimin, looking surprised-and stunningly different.

Jungkook found himself momentarily speechless, taking in the sight of him.

"Jungkook?" Jimin said softly, shock evident in his voice. "You... here? How?"

Jungkook smiled, trying to hide his own emotions. "Yes... how are you, Jimin?"

"Come in," Jimin replied, stepping aside to let him enter.

Jungkook's eyes wandered around the beautifully decorated living room, admiring the delicate touch in every corner. "When did you get back from the US?"

Jimin looked away briefly before answering, "I couldn't adjust there, so I came back after a few weeks." His gaze softened as he continued, "I heard... about Jin's miscarriage. Hyung told me he accidentally said things to Jin's family that he shouldn't have."

Jungkook sighed, his face shadowed with regret. "It's okay. It was partly my fault too... I did things I shouldn't have done either."

Jimin nodded quietly. After a moment, he looked at Jungkook and asked, "But why are you here?"
