Jungkook's voice softened even more, "Would you go on a date with me today?"

Jin's breath caught in his throat, his mind spinning with the unexpected question, emotions swirling in a storm of confusion and longing.

Just as Jin was about to respond, his alarm went off, abruptly pulling him from sleep.

Jin sat up in bed, blinking in the morning light as he looked around. A smile tugged at his lips, and he placed a hand on his forehead.

Jin muttered to himself, "Oh, my god... What am I even dreaming about? Awake or asleep, all I seem to do is dream about him."

With a sassy tone, he continued, "Hey! You... Alpha... You can't just invade my dreams like this!"

He glanced at his phone to check the time-7:30 AM. He needed to be at the assembly house by 9.

Jumping out of bed, he rushed to the washroom, quickly showered, and got dressed. Skipping breakfast, he hurried out, driving himself to the assembly house.

When he arrived, he was heading towards the elevator, but it closed just as he reached it.

Jin let out a frustrated sigh, "Ugh! It's already 8:55 AM..."

"Yoongi is definitely going to kill me today," he muttered, glancing at his watch before looking at the elevator.

As he waited, he sensed a few people standing behind him. Without turning to look, he politely greeted them with a slight bow and a quiet, "Good morning."

When the elevator doors opened, Jin stepped inside, followed by the three people behind him. Keeping his gaze low, he didn't look up at them. They were all heading to the 4th floor, the same floor Jin needed, so he stood silently, eyes cast down.

When the elevator reached the 4th floor, everyone exited. Jin, still avoiding eye contact, gave a respectful nod and walked towards the conference office, straightening himself as he went.

Unbeknownst to Jin, one of the three people in the elevator was Jungkook, who couldn't help but watch Jin as he left.

As Jin walked briskly down the hallway, he took a deep breath, trying to focus his mind on the meeting ahead. He didn't notice that Jungkook's gaze lingered on him, curiosity and something deeper flickering in his eyes. Jin's calm and humble attitude had left an impression, a stark contrast to the whirlwind of emotions that stirred whenever their paths crossed.

Jin entered the conference room and greeted Yoongi, who raised an eyebrow at his slightly disheveled appearance. Trying to avoid Yoongi's scrutinizing gaze, Jin quickly settled in his seat, preparing himself for the day's agenda.

Jin began preparing the files and documents for the meeting, hardly noticing when Namjoon, Jungkook, and Jungkook's assistant walked in. Focused on his work, he was oblivious to the way Jungkook's gaze followed him, his eyes tracing Jin's every movement. Jungkook hid a smile as Jin, completely unaware of his presence, continued arranging everything meticulously. It amused him, wondering how Jin would react once he finally saw him.

As the officials and ministers gathered, Jin took his seat beside Yoongi, who leaned in to discuss the upcoming meeting in hushed tones. Meanwhile, Jungkook's eyes never left Jin, a soft chuckle threatening to escape his lips. He found himself eagerly anticipating Jin's reaction when he eventually noticed him, curiosity sparking in his chest.

The meeting started, and as Jungkook's assistant began speaking about the summit in Switzerland, Jin leaned forward slightly in his chair, finally catching sight of Jungkook-sitting six seats away in the same row. Jin's heart leapt, and a faint, involuntary smile crossed his lips. He quickly tried to focus on the meeting, struggling to keep his emotions in check, knowing he needed to remain professional.
