It is polythiesm and if Sufi sheikhs and their followers want to do that and dhikir breathing and you know some form of yoga is also haram and SHIRK, like the Chakra alignment and all of that, because only Allah designed you, all these things are man made and are stressing you out and even if you're doing something right and instructor will say its wrong to make millions off of you this is why these things Allah FORBID IT 🚫
We don't do things like dhkir breathing we do tasbih of the tongue like our Prophet
Where did it say he breathed Allah in and hu out ?
