Hospitals are not first in mind but they're very important in saving live's and offering life saving long term treatment and checkups may Allah cure us all from diseases of the physical body and diseases of the heart physically and spiritually ameen
Water Wells
Taps
These are the most obvious ones
This is sadaqah jariah you can build big projects and for masjids
Each mosalah can be done for a person you want to take to jenat Al fardous with you
This is why masjids are good
So let's say you can fit 200 mosalahs mashaAllah alhamdulilah may Allah give this to anyone acquiring this deed ameen
These 200 you intend will get reward for as long as that masjid will stand
100-1000 years or longer or until Qiyama and are so important for daily worship alhamdulilah
Waterwells are good because whoever you want to give the reward to will get it as long anyone uses the water, drinking, wudu, ghusl, chores, alhamdulilah whatever it is and the same for taps
Orphanages are great fore RasoolAllah pbuh commanded us to be kind to Orphans and there is a hadith about caring for orphans
Schools are to educate the youth and make beautiful careers and earn halal income so that's why they're so important subhanAllah
Taps work the same way as Waterwells but maybe people need to attach a hose I remember in yemen a local man said a tap would be good so people can use it to clean cars and it make a small halal Income or passers by can make wudu because some people enjoy staying in wudu.
