Pacifica had been standing in front of town hall for nearly two hours now and Dipper has yet to be seen. She had hoped that he would have been the first one in line but knew that it was unlikely. Still, he should have shown up by now. "Where are you Dipper?" Pacifica began to wonder. Then when she decided to just deliver the invite, Dipper came running around the corner, smiling when he caught sight of Pacifica.

Pacifica didn't even hesitate. She walked over to Dipper but remembered to be discreet(like a red flag firework, man I'm bad at this). "Well then, a Pines...I guess you'd like an invitation too?" She said with boredom in her voice, but then she winked at Dipper. Dipper smiled like he understood the situation, "Well I figured after your little ghost attack at the Northwest mansion that you may need my help again, it seems that your a magnet for trouble." Dipper said with a smirk, making Pacifica blush slightly. "Look who's talking," she replied and handed him an invite, but Dipper refused. "In exchange for me going I'll need three more invites." Dipper said, that carefree smirk never leaving his face.

Pacifica chuckled, "Well this feels familiar," she said before whispering "Except this time I'm actually happy your going to be there!" She handed Dipper the invites and walked away, not wanting to draw anymore attention to them. Dipper then began to walk back the way he had come. "Thank you Pacifica," Dipper said to himself, then his face took on an evil smile. "Thank you ever so much!" He said, but no one heard.

1 hour later...

Pacifica POV...

Pacifica was breathing heavily, she had sometimes attended these kind of charity parties but had never hosted one before. Her mother had always stressed the importance of dress, etiquette, and decor when being a host or hostess, and would often challenge Pacifica on multiple occasions to lay out a proper banquet spread. "Thanks mom, never thought I'd get to use those words even if I'm not saying them to her." She thought, then her mind began to wander back to that weird version of the Northwest Family Tree.

"Who were those two people, they couldn't have been my parents because the man's face was off and the woman looked to have naturally blonde hair, something mom doesn't and never had." Pacifica wondered, she knew this because her mom had been blonde at one point but she soon found out it was because of dye and root touch-ups. Plus,

Pacifica sighed, thinking about this would give her a migraine. She decided to go ahead and book the entertainment and the catering because, let's face it, a classical string quartet and caviar aren't going to impress this crowd. She first called up a highly rated seafood/barbeque restaurant located in Portland. At first they weren't willing to come out to tourist trap town in the middle of nowhere, but once Pacifica hinted her family name they were more than willing to do anything.

"That's one thing of the list, now what for the entertainment?" Pacifica wondered, looking through some files of people who owed her dad favors, you wouldn't believe how many do. "Hmm, let's see...Guns and Roses...is on a revival tour; Toby Keith...is currently in Afghanistan singing to the soldiers; Nickelba-hell no;" Pacifica kept looking before coming across a very interesting name, "Eminem, I didn't know daddy worked with him; then again I don't know much of what he does." Pacifica didn't think the people would be very keen on rap music but remembered that he did a heavy handed mixture of rap and rock music, so she called up. It took some bargaining but she managed to convince him to come down and perform, and even let him take his wife and two daughters.

Pacifica took out the dress she had bought at the boutique. It had looked beautiful on the mannequin but seeing it hung up in her closet, Pacifica had to suppress a squeal. Pacifica then decided to invite a couple of her online friends(her parents won't let her make real friends, as demonstrated by her two former lackeys)to come to the party. First was 16 year old Aila Stetner or as most have come to call her "Mystia". She was an American youtuber who had recently moved to England to continue her studies in psychiatry and to be closer to her more distant(and surviving)family. Next was 16 year old Luke Robinson, a certified army brat born and raised in the sweltering Texas heat. He is highly trained in both armed and unnamed combat and is a straight A student, but often chooses to spend his time drawing comics.
