Olivia has to stay in hospital again tonight but Will thinks this might be the last night before she can be released.

Jay told me and Erin to go home so we are in the car, heading home for the night.

"Do you want to have a movie night tonight? Get some snacks and set up on the couch?" I think for a few seconds. "Yeah. That sounds like a good idea."

We pull in at the shopping centre and head inside. Erin grabs some snacks that she knows we both like and I decide to make Olivia a small care basket using some of the money that I have left from a small job I used to do.

I get her a teddy, a couple of different snacks that I've seen her eating whilst she's been walking around the school like M&M's, chocolate buttons, skittles and some different crisps. I get her a few other things and meet Erin at check-out. We buy everything and head home.

We end up going and laying in Erin's bed and I bring all of Olivia's things with me so I can make the basket, ready to take to her in the morning.

We watch some Disney movies and I take my time making the basket perfect. After moving the wrapping around for two movies straight, Erin takes the basket off me and puts it on her side. "You can stop with that for tonight. You're getting too annoyed." I nod and she holds her arms out too me so I lay against her, my head on her chest.

ERINS POV

I think it's really sweet that even though Amber and Olivia were practically enemies a couple of days ago and now Amber is making care packages for her, for when she gets out of the hospital.

Me and Jay have decided that Olivia will be coming to live with us. It's a safe place and she has people she knows around her. It's the best plan.

The plan is to tell Amber tonight before bed. We watch a couple of Disney movies and Amber is trying so hard to perfect the basket. I can tell by her face that it's frustrating her. She keeps making little noises of annoyance then moving a piece of the paper.

I reach under her arms and pull the basket away from her. "You can stop with that for tonight. You're getting too annoyed." She nods at me and I hold my arms out to her to lay on me. She does and I wrap my arms around her. "Amber?" She looks up at me slightly. "I want to let you know before it happens, Olivia is gonna come stay with us. I know you guys haven't gotten along in the past but do you think you can get along?"

She nods. "We have been since yesterday. I was saying this with Alicia today. I think the reason she was like that with me is because of how she was treated by her parents. There's two different ways people tend to react to this sort of stuff, they're either terrified of everyone or they terrify others so they don't suspect a thing. She's here, she'll hopefully act better."

"Okay. Now, you go to sleep. You've had a long day." She lets out a small hum of agreement and I feel her relax into me. She shuffles a little bit further into me and hugs my arm.

She handled that better than I thought. I give her a light squeeze and fall asleep.

Time skip ~next morning.~

"Amber. Time to get up. I need to stop at the district before we go pick up Olivia." She rolls over so she's laying half on me and half on the bed. "I'm comfy though. Yours and dads bed is comfy."

I laugh at her for this and gently push her off me. "You can climb back into our bed when we get back home." She sits up and looks at me. "Promise?" I nod, chuckling at her. "I promise. Now come on. Get up." She rolls out of my bed and goes into my wardrobe, grabbing another one of my hoodies and putting it on.

"You was telling me to hurry up? Come on slow poke." I look at what she's wearing before replying. "Go put some pants on Amber. You can't go out in shorts. It's too cold." She rolls her eyes. "I've been in colder mum. I'll be fine. We'll be in the car, the district and the hospital anyway. It's not like we'll just be outside."

I give her a stern look. "Pants Amber." She rolls her eyes and walks out of my room and into her own. She comes back out after a couple of minutes with some joggers on. "Hang on, let me grab Olivia's basket. Or should I leave it here for when we get home?"

"Why don't we leave it here, then when we get back, you and Liv and come lay in here and watch a couple of movies?" Amber smiles and nods. "Sounds like a plan."

We head out and to the car and I drive us over to med. We head straight in and up to Olivia's room to find Jay lounged on the couch on his phone whilst Olivia is still asleep. "Hey Jay. How's she been?"

He sits up and smiles slightly at us, keeping his voice low as he starts talking. "Hey girls. She hardly slept last night. Only got to sleep about half an hour ago. She was in a lot of pain. Crying. Doctors tried giving her medicine to help her out but she wouldn't stay still long enough for them to give it too her."

Amber goes and sits in the chair next to the bed. She grabs Olivia's hand and lays her chin on the bed. "Why don't we go talk outside?" Me and Jay walk out and leave the girls in the room.
