Chapter 5

Annabeth's pov:

I heard footsteps and I looked up. I saw a shirtless Sam walking down the stairs.

"Hey."he said plopping down on the couch next to me.

"Hey."I replied with a smile.

"So why are you here on the couch." He asked looking at me.

"What I can't sit on the couch Samuel?" I asked looking at him.

"Of course you can. But we're all still tired and it's about to be ten. So are you not going to sleep or?" Sam asked playing with my fingers.

"For your information I am going to sleep Samuel."I replied rolling my eyes.

"No your not. Not in this couch." Sam said looking at me. Why did he have such a problem with me sleeping on the couch?

"Your coming with me."same replied pulling me up. I grabbed my phone and fallowed him up the stairs. We went inside his room and I stood there.

"Your going to sleep in my room." Sam said with a smile. I smiled too.

"I'll sleep on the floor and you can sleep in the bed." Sam replied throwing his pillow in the floor.

"Sam it's okay. You can sleep with me."I said laughing. He smirked.

"Trust me I really do want to sleep with you too. But I meant sleeping Annabeth." Sam replied with a wink. I rolled my eyes. Sam grabbed his pillow and jumped on the bed. I laughed when he almost fell face first on the floor.

"Okay I'll go get my pajamas because there in Nates room." I said walking towards the door.

"Here." Sam said throwing me something. I caught it and looked down. It was a shirt his shirt to be exact. I looked at him and he winked.

I took my shirt off and put his on. I looked at him. He had a shocked expression.

"Sam like you've never seen a girl in her bra before."I said rolling my eyes.

"Yeah okay but I've never seen you in a bra before." He replied looking at me.

"That's because you haven't known me for a long time." I said looking at Sam.

"Yeah your right. But your gonna be here for a while." He said smiling. He was right because little did I know I was going to be living in that house with him and Nate for a year.

I heard a door slam open. I groaned and looked up. I saw Jack staring at me and Sam with a dumb look on his face.

"Shut sorry didn't know you had company." Jack replied looking at Sam and then me. I fell back on the pillow.

"Jack you know there's such thing as knocking right." Sam said moving to get comfortable.

"Eh knocking is over rated. Because if you knock and someone is doing something they shouldn't they stop and hide it but if you barge in you catch them." Jack replied leaning on the door frame.

"That's wise G."I replied closing my eyes.

"I know. We'll see you guys downstairs Johnson is making us go out today."Jack said closing the door. I groaned.

"Do we have too?" I replied pulling the covers over my head. Sam chuckled. He moved his body and wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Yes it's Johnson if we don't go he'll grab us by the ear and drag us out." Sam said laughing. I looked at him. I moved and put my head on his chest. Then it hit me.

"Shit."I replied grabbing my phone.

"What?"Sam asked looking at me. I checked my phone j had a couple missed calls and texts from Jenny. Shit.

I got up and tied my hair.

"What's wrong?"Sam asked looking at me.

"I forgot I had to go pick up my cousin from the air port. And I'm late." I replied opening the door. I ran to Nates room not even bothering to knock. I opened the door and saw Nate sleeping. Aww no focus.

I grabbed my suit case and picked out some cloths. Nate was still asleep so I just changed in his room. I put on some light washed jeans and a white and blue crop top. I put on my white vans and went to the bathroom. I washed my face and put on some makeup.

I brushed my teeth and went to Sam's room. Lucky he was still there.

"Hey Sam can I barrow your keys?" I asked looking at him.

"Yeah here ."he replied tossing them to me. I smiled.

"Thanks."I replied kissing him on the cheek. I ran down stairs.

"Hey your up."Jack said smiling. He handed me a drink and I took it. I drink and it tasted awful. I looked at it and saw it was orange juice. No wonder.

"I love you j but I'm late I have to go pick someone up. Okay see you later bye." I replied giving him a hug and then a kiss on the cheek. Jack was walking down the stairs and I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and ran out the door.

I opened the car door and put it on drive. Damn. I still had thirty minutes. I drove as fast as I could. I go there with five minutes to spare. Thank god.'I waited in the car and saw Jenny walk out. I waved at her. She walked towards the car.

"So who's car is this?"she asked looking at me.

"The guys I asked Sammy if I could barrow it and he said yes." I replied shrugging.

"Wow. That's nice." She said wiggling her eyebrows. I rolled my eyes.

"Get in the car."I replied putting her suit case in the trunk.

"Okay."she replied getting in the passengers seat.

"So you staying with your friends?"I asked looking at her.

"Yeah. Her parents are out for like a month or so."she replied looking at her phone.

"Okay have fun. Don't do anything I wouldn't do."I replied as we got to her friends house.

"I won't."she said with a wink.

"Okay have fun see you in a month or so."I replied waving at her.

"Okay bye."she said waving and walked inside the house.

I got back to Sam's house and the guys looked at me.

"What?"I asked sitting down.

"Where did you go?"Jack asked looking at me. I tossed Sam's his keys and looked at Jack.

"To pick up my cousin and I just dropped her off at her friends house."I replied looking at Jack. He nodded. The rest of the day the guys showed me around L.A. They were so weird. But I guess that's what I liked about them.
