Chapter 14

Nate's pov:

I woke up and went to the bathroom. I was still sleepy but I decided to go get breakfast.

I was walking down the stairs when I stopped and saw Annabeth with Johnson.

"How long have you been filming me?" She asked looking at him. He smiled.

"Like for a couple of minutes."he replied.

"Johnson your a creep." She laughed walking towards him.

"She made me breakfast because I'm sick. Isn't she the best girlfriend ever?"he replied pointing the phone at her and the food.

"Oh so were telling people now." She asked as the video ended.

"They are going to freak."he replied. She laughed.

"Yes they are. Now here eat." She said pushing the plate and drink towards him. She walked to his side and he wrapped his arm around her waist. He looked at her.

"How did I get so lucky?"he asked smiling at her. She returned the smile.

"I don't know maybe when you decided to stop and help a complete stranger on the side of the road." She said with a shrug. He chuckled. He leaned in and kissed her cheek. She laughed at his action. He kept kissing her cheek and she laughed.

"Stop it your gonna make me sick."She replied smacking him playfully. She looked over at him and he pouted. She touched his lip with her thumb and laughed. She leaned down and kissed his forehead.

I felt tears threatening to come out. I had had enough and slammed my hand on the wall. I left before they could see me.

I walked towards my room and shut the door. I sat there thinking. Why did I just push her away the other night? Oh right because I'm an idiot.

I should have just not opened my mouth. Should have just kept it shut but like always I have to ruin it.

God I'm an idiot. I heard Annabeth's voice call for Sam, Jack, Jenny and I. I groaned. I laid down and sighed I looked up at the ceiling.

A million thoughts where rushing threw my head when I decided to get up and go down stairs.

I walked out of my room and down the stairs. I walked past Jack who was holding Annabeth. I didn't bother looking at either one of them.

I looked up to see all of them staring at me. I made a face.

"What?"I asked.

"Nothing."Sam replied eating his food.

"Okay then stop staring."I said in an annoyed tone.

I saw them keep staring and it annoyed me. I slammed the refrigerator door shut and saw Annabeth flinch. I looked at her and she looked down at the floor.

I walked past them and up to my room. I sat on the bed and sighed. What am I doing with my life? Damn why can't I just not fuck things up for once?

I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in."I replied. I expected it to be Annabeth but it wasn't. It was someone else.
