Dahyun stood at the nurses' station, flipping through patient charts with Sana and Jihyo. The hum of hospital activity surrounded them, but her focus shifted when Taehyung walked by. He was calm, confident, with his usual composed demeanor.

"Cafeteria. Fifteen minutes," he said under his breath, tilting his head slightly toward Dahyun.

Her eyes widened as he continued down the hall, his presence leaving an air of intrigue. She hadn't realized her reaction was so obvious until she felt the weight of Sana and Jihyo's stares.

"Oh, look at that," Sana teased, leaning closer to Dahyun. "Cafeteria plans with Mr. better choice?"

Jihyo smirked, crossing her arms. "It's about time. Moving on from Dong-joo and Jisoo is the smartest thing you've done all year."

Dahyun's lips twitched into a frown, the momentary joy dissipating. "I was actually having a good day until you decided to bring them up," she muttered, her shoulders drooping.

With a dramatic pout, she grabbed her files and walked away toward the cafeteria.

"You're welcome!" Jihyo called after her, unfazed.

Sana shook her head. "You really have a knack for killing vibes, Jihyo."

Jihyo shrugged, her tone nonchalant. "Speaking of vibes, let's grab lunch. I'm starving."

"Can't," Sana said, brushing her off. "I told Suho I'd eat with him."

Jihyo froze mid-step, narrowing her eyes. "Sana, he's a patient. Don't get emotionally attached."

Sana turned to her, a playful smile tugging at her lips. "Relax. I know what I'm doing, unlike you, Miss Walking Robot." She winked, then strolled away, leaving Jihyo muttering under her breath. "What is that even supposed to mean?" Jihyo was confused and asked

Just as she was about to leave, Jungkook popped up behind her, his expression curious. "Did someone say lunch?"

Jihyo glared at him. "Forget it." She turned on her heel and walked off, leaving him scratching his head.

Dong-joo and Jisoo sat at a table, Jisoo animatedly talking about household items she wanted to buy. "We should buy this massage chair for our master's bedroom because it's a hassle if I go to the spa every rest day I have." Dong-joo, however, wasn't paying attention. His gaze was fixed on the other side of the cafeteria, where Dahyun sat with Taehyung.

"I am also considering getting you a telescope for our veranda since you love stargazing so much. You can just--" Jisoo paused mid-sentence, noticing his distraction. Her eyes followed his line of sight, landing on Dahyun and Taehyung.

"You know what, forget it. I've lost my appetite," she said coldly, pushing her tray aside.

Only then did Dong-joo snap out of his trance. "What? Jisoo-"

"Forget it," she said, standing abruptly. "Enjoy your meal."

She walked away, leaving Dong-joo alone at the table, his food untouched.

Sana entered Suho's room, balancing a tray of food. Her smile vanished when she saw him gasping for air, his face pale and strained.

"Suho!" she exclaimed, rushing to his side.

Panic set in as she quickly assessed his vitals. Without hesitation, she grabbed the bedside phone and paged Dr. Kim Jun-wan.

"Code blue in Room 412! Dr. Kim Jun-wan, stat!"
