"Y/n! Oh my goodness! You're here!" Lucy and her loud mouth yelled the second you walked through the door.
"Please don't be so loud." You whined, but Lisanna, with a satisfied look on her face, grabbed a hold of your arm and walked further into Sting's house. However, before you all could find a group of people to join, you changed her direction, and ended up finding a wall to stand against.
"What's wrong?" Lisanna asked you.
"I feel uncomfortable. There's too many people."
"It's all people we know, though."
"That's not the problem. The problem is that there's way too many of us right now. And it's so loud."
"Y/n, are you okay?"
"No, not really."
"Just take a few deep breaths, okay?"
You nodded, taking three deep breaths. She did them with you, and when you finished, she smiled at you. "Is that better?" She asked, and you nodded. "I know it's all new to you, but please try and enjoy it. It's no different than a birthday party."
"Lisanna, I love you, I really do, but sometimes you forget what family I'm apart of." You sighed. Lisanna smiled awkwardly, and placed a hand on your shoulder. As she was comforting you, people were walking past you left and right. Unfortunately or fortunately, another certain white haired girl was about to pass, but stopped in her tracks.
"Y/n? You're here?" The girl smiled widely with surprise.
"Oh, hi, Yukino." You smiled and waved quickly.
"I'm surprised that you're here. Sting told me earlier today that you wouldn't be able to make it, and we were all pretty bummed out. I'm excited you're here! I'm sure Sting is ecstatic!"
"Sting doesn't know Y/n's here yet." Lisanna smirked a bit.
"He doesn't? Well, what are you waiting for? I'm pretty sure he's in the kitchen, I'll bring you!"
"Wait—"
Before you could protest, Yukino grabbed a hold of your hand and started to drag you to the kitchen. You looked back at Lisanna, wondering where her promise to you went; where she wouldn't leave you for the night. Lisanna just smiled and waved at you.
You wanted to kill her.
Yukino, who seemed very determined with her mission, pushed open the kitchen door and pushed you in. Before you would turn around to even see her, the door had slammed shut. The sound of the door caught the attention of Sting, who was in the fridge getting drinks for his guests. When he saw you, an instant smile rose to his lips.
"Y/n! You made it!" He cheered, shutting the refrigerator door and setting the drinks on the counter top. "I'm so glad!"
"Yup, haha..." You laughed nervously.
"You don't seem too excited." He laughed a bit, taking a few steps closer.
"I'm just not all that great with crowds is all." You waved it off. "And I've never been to a high school party either, so..."
"New territory, huh?"
"Yeah. Very new." You sighed.
"Well, I'm glad that you're here. What changed your mind?"
"I'll be so honest... Lisanna kept asking. After so many times, I can't say no to her."
"Ahh, I get it." He nodded, but then a small smirk spread across his face. "So if I had asked you, say... more than three times, you would have agreed?"
