Kinetic override:

Allows the user to  manipulate kinetic energy, momentum, weight, and gravity within a 100-meter radius or through direct touch, allowing them  to invert, redirect, or alter the effects of movement and force. This  can turn an opponent's strengths into weaknesses, creating a chaotic battlefield dynamic and is applicable to both living and nonliving targets (including moving vehicles, thrown objects, falling buildings, certain localized atmospheric phenomenons,  etc).

Applications:

1. Weight Manipulation:

Light as a Feather: The user reduces an opponent's weight to near-zero, making them lose traction, float uncontrollably, or become vulnerable to being flung by minor forces.

Crushing Gravity: The user increases weight exponentially, pinning opponents to the ground, immobilizing them, or causing the terrain to crack beneath them.

2. Kinetic Reversal:

Force Reflection: Redirect incoming attacks (e.g., punches, projectiles) back toward the opponent with equal or greater force.

Attack Deflection: Re-routing kinetic energy away from its intended path, making attacks miss, redirecting them or pushing enemies away.

3. Gravity Alteration:

Localized Gravity Wells: Create zones of intense gravity to trap/crush opponents or zones of zero-gravity to disorient/hinder them.

Tethering: Alter gravity to tether opponents to fixed locations, limiting their ability to move freely.

4. Movement Manipulation:

Reverse Momentum: Force enemies to move in the opposite direction of their intended action, disrupting attacks or escapes. This causes chaos among the enemy's team as it can disrupt their rhythm and make them crash into each other. The user can also utilize the surrounding environment to make enemies crash against obstacles.

Speed Augmentation: Slow down or accelerate the motion of objects or individuals, including self-enhancements to increase one's speed and agility.

Quirk Strengths:

Tactical Control: The user can dictate the flow of combat, forcing enemies into disadvantageous positions.

Versatility: Effective against both physical and ranged attackers due to its broad applications.  Kinetic override allows the user to work as part of a team for attacking, defending, and/or supportive roles. They can also work alone due to the quirk's flexibility.

Minimal Physical Contact: Works within a 100-meter radius, reducing the need for direct combat.

Advanced Techniques:

1. Kinetic Echo: After deflecting an attack, the user "stores" the kinetic energy and releases it as a devastating counterattack.

2. Gravity Bind: Simultaneously manipulate gravity around multiple targets, pinning or scattering them across the battlefield.

3. Momentum Mirage: Creating false after images to trick opponents into reacting to nonexistent attacks or movements.

4. Dynamic Reversal: Rapidly alternate gravity shifts, creating disorienting bursts that leave enemies unable to adapt.

Quirk Limitations:

1. Energy Intensity: Prolonged or large-scale usage of gravity or kinetic shifts can drain the user  mentally. In addition, the more targets there are to control/manipulate, the greater the strain placed on the body.

2. Requires Focus: Precision-based moves demand intense concentration, making the user vulnerable to distractions.

3. Limited Radius: The power is ineffective beyond the 100-meter range unless direct contact is established. Moreover, the user can be overwhelmed when there are too many enemies  attacking. They can also mistime their quirk usage and accidentally hinder/disrupt their own teammates/allies or bring unintentional harm to civilians.

4. Lacks direct firepower so not as destructive or powerful when compared to other quirks.

Drawbacks: Overuse can cause  severe dizziness, disorientation, momentary ataxia, nausea, muscle fatigue, and mental exhaustion due to the intense focus required.
