Mesmerizing charm:

The user possesses the ability to instantly charm/brainwash anyone by making eye contact, touching, or simply by acting  cute or sexy. However, how they  will  be perceived by the targets will be different as the quirk will visually shape the user  depending on  the target's preferences of what they find attractive. This could make the user appear taller, shorter, have a different skin color or tone of voice, etc. This is an unexpected plus because the targets won't be able to describe  the user in the same way and identifying them visually is  essentially impossible.

Regardless of appearance, once  charmed the target will do anything to please the user and obediently follow all commands. A pink heart symbol will then appear in the center of their forehead as a sign of control.

Additionally, the quirk affects both sexes equally, but the perception of the user varies depending on the age range of the target. Infants perceive the user as someone comfortable to be around with while vs becoming fully charmed and being able to be commanded. The older they get the more they are slowly  influenced by the quirk's power. They perceive the user as someone that's great or comfortable to be around with  but they cannot be directly commanded. Though they are more susceptible to manipulation.

Once the target reaches 10 years old  and older they can be fully charmed by the user and will obediently follow all orders. Once a command is given, the target will be unable to refuse it and will relentlessly strive to accomplish it. Even if the user's quirk is canceled, the target will persist in carrying out their orders and can only be  stopped by the user themselves.

To forcibly break the control, targets need to be shocked out of it with a minimum of 50,000 volts which is equivalent to the standard strength of a police taser. Alternatively, they can be rendered unconscious, the user's quirk must be cancelled, or the control can be overridden by a stronger brainwashing quirk.

Drawbacks: headaches, exhaustion, dizziness, queasiness, and irritability.
