Eyes of Destruction grants the user the ability to initiate and control destructive processes through sight. By locking their gaze onto a target and willing its ruin, they can trigger disintegration, fracturing, corrosion, petrification, explosive collapse, systemic failure, or other forms of degradation. Once activated, the destructive process cannot be halted by external quirk interference and continues until the user consciously stops it or the target is obliterated.
Against living beings, the user may induce catastrophic physical decay or destabilize biological systems. Against quirk users, they may disrupt quirk function, causing malfunctions or internal backlash.
Direct eye contact allows instant activation. Indirect viewing (screens, recordings, photographs, reflections, or live feeds) reduces power by approximately 80%, removes instant lethality, and prevents quirk sabotage, but still allows gradual deterioration at long range.
Additionally, while within their line of sight, the user can impose overwhelming existential dread, freezing targets in place through paralyzing terror. This effect persists until the user looks away or loses focus.
When the quirk is activated, their pupils transform into chaos-star patterns.

Bloody Restoration:
If the user’s eyes are destroyed or damaged, they can regenerate them by pouring fresh human blood into the empty sockets. The blood is instantly absorbed, regenerating the eyes completely and restoring full quirk functionality.
Core Abilities
1) Structural Destabilization
The user can target structural weak points, causing fractures or internal collapse rather than complete destruction.
2) Biological Collapse
Selective degradation of muscles, bones, organs, or internal systems within living targets.
3) Quirk Circuit Disruption
Interference with the internal energy flow or activation signals of quirk users, destabilizing their abilities.
4) Fear Paralysis
Any living being caught within the user’s line of sight can be psychologically frozen in place, overwhelmed by a suffocating sense of impending doom. This paralyzing terror renders them immobile unless the user looks away or their line of sight is forcibly broken. This is not mind control, but a primal fear trigger capable of shutting down voluntary motor function.
