Seismic touch:

Whenever the user touches, slaps,  or  walks on the ground (with or without footwear), they can make the earth tremble as they have the power to stimulate and command the tectonic plates and fault lines within the area they reside.  When they  jump, they can instantly unleash earthquakes of diverse magnitudes. The seismic energy can even be sent through buildings and obstacles/objects though they may get destroyed or severely damaged in the process, the quirk will still remain effective regardless.


However, the user has the  strength of a normal human for it is not super strength that causes the ground to shake. Moreover, they can control the power they release from their touch
and they are also able to control the tectonic plates or fault lines of nearby  countries by following/using the vibrations they create to connect to these specific areas.  Though this creates a great amount of mental strain and cannot be repeated consecutively.


In addition, they  can perceive an incoming earthquake,  gauge its magnitude rating, depth, point of origin, the approximate radius of effect, and use their quirk to take control of it. With this they could decide to fully stop it, strengthen or weaken it, or redirect the energy elsewhere to affect other nearby tectonic plates or fault lines. This allows them to indirectly be responsible for tsunamis, volcanic activity (including the reactivation of a dormant volcano), and other related accidents/events associated with earthquakes.


If they user gains proper control of their quirk, they can utilize it for both combat and rescue purposes. The latter would be especially useful as they can not only sense and predict upcoming earthquakes, but they have the power to counteract them. This can save countless lives as well as save millions of dollars worth of damage caused by earthquakes and  tsunamis. Moreover, intervening with an active volcanic eruption is also possible which would be excellent damage control.


Drawbacks: fatigue, bruises, and blisters forming on their feet,  pain in their lower back, hips, knees, and ankles; plantar fasciitis, swollen feet,  pressure fractures of their toes (from releasing the seismic power), dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and gait ataxia. If they touch the ground with their hands, overuse effects are more mild and include  muscle pain,  bruises, and painful joints.


The side effects will last according to the degree of overuse which could be minutes to hours.

*They will need to wear protective gear for their hands and feet to help mitigate the physical recoil of using their quirk.*
