Healer's Exchange:

The user can heal any injury by touching someone or using their own energy and in exchange they can copy  that person's quirk and/or related skills. When this happens a game like screen pops up and the user will first be able to copy their patient's quirk and a quirk related skill or useful experiences. However, when they heal a patient they can only copy 1 skill at a time per person and must  wait at least 8 hours to be able to copy another skill from the same patient though the user can still heal them at any time. The quirk/ability selection  must be done strategically as the pop-up window  remains open only for a limited time.

The more critical or rare the skill/quirk, the shorter the time the user has to copy it. It also provides  different levels of detail, such as showing skill progression or offering hints on how to level up certain quirks faster. Sometimes there are  "locked" skills that require specific conditions to unlock like reaching a certain level of mastery or   physical conditioning such as  having particular stat numbers in strength, stamina, etc. This is because different quirks could have unique mastery methods especially if they are rare. Some might require intense meditation, while others demand physical training or practical usage in real combat scenarios.

Naturally, the more the user  practices the quirks and their skills, the stronger they get and just like a video game they gain experience through their usage. This allows them to level up the quirks and skills, permitting them to surpass the power of the original quirk's user. The quirks/skills even come with their  own “skill trees” that the user can progress through. As they master a skill, new branches open, allowing access to more refined or powerful techniques. Moreover, if certain quirks or skills are compatible, the user can even fuse them and have them evolve into a whole new ability. For example: they can combine quirk like hellfire with telekinesis and gain a new quirk that allows them to conjure flames anywhere that they focus their minds to while also increasing the versatility of the abilities. The same can be done with skills. However, these combinations  require intense focus and practice to maintain balance, as certain quirks could clash if combined recklessly (e.g., fire and water) or certain skills can become weaker/unusable if they do not complement each other. These blunders would force the user to discard the fused powers and useful abilities would be wasted.

Furthermore, through  training the user can increase their body's resistance to the quirks' drawbacks. They can also use  many quirks together simultaneously, but this is only possible  as long as their body can handle all of the stress that comes along with this level of straining.  As a result, daily physical training is necessary for their body to become stronger and to be able to handle the stress it is subjected to.

Finally, the user is able  to transfer skills or quirks they’ve copied to others. This can strengthen allies or make anyone stronger. However, this would weaken the user's own abilities temporarily, and they would need to copy the quirk again after the transfer. In addition, they must be careful about the skill or quirk they transfer because if the receiver of these abilities is too weak to handle them, they could suffer life altering injuries from being unable to handle the new powers, or they could lose their life during the transfer process.

Drawbacks:

Prolonged use could lead to migraines, memory gaps, or hallucinations, experiencing mental confusion as healing might create a temporary psychic bond with the patient, where the user could feel their pain, emotions, or even memories. This could become overwhelming, especially with patients who have traumatic pasts or chaotic mental states.

Exhaustion and risk of fainting as  more energy is depleted depending on the severity of the injury.

Phantom pain and neuropathy as during continuous  healing sessions (treating multiple people) will cause not only their emotions to 'leak' through to the user, but also their pain which the body will mistake as real.

Quirk instability: Not all quirks may harmonize with the user’s biology. Sometimes, the body may have a hard time assimilating  certain powers, causing instability. This  manifests as random quirk activation, and the user is unable to modulate that particular quirk's power level. To counteract this, the user would need to undergo more intensive quirk training to gain control and proficiency over the ability. Only then will the quirk truly integrate/settle in the body and become stable to fully use.
