Wargod:

The user gets super human strength, super speed, and super regeneration when angry, resentful, fighting, or when they want  to kill someone (bloodlust). The more the anger, the desire to kill, and the more damage to opponents or destruction they cause,  the stronger they become. The power can continue to increase without limit theoretically, since it's the body's stamina, constitution, and health that limit how much power can be used vs the quirk itself.

Due to their increased power, their body will temporarily become more resistant to pain, physical damage, and mental attacks. Moreover, their metabolism would go into overdrive due to their increased strength. As a result, drugs such as analgesics, muscle relaxers (like Baclofen), CNS depressants such as opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, barbiturates, nonbenzodiazepine sleep medication ( Z-drugs), antihistamine, and  other hypnotic drugs  will have no effects on the user's body as they are rapidly processed and eliminated  from  the body.

For this reason, Wargod is a quirk that works best for offensive purposes both on one on one fights or with a team. The user can become a dual damage tanker and damage dealer. However, despite the user's increase in power, speed, and regeneration, they can still be overwhelmed by sheer numbers. Moreover, due to the drawback effects, battles of attrition are disadvantageous. Though by working with a team, the members can make up for the quirk's weaknesses. Moreover, since the real physical limit depends on the strength of the user's constitution, a precise limit is difficult to determine but establishing a  threshold range is possible. This helps in assessing the individual's current maximum strength and can be used to monitor progress.

Drawbacks:

The user will experience light to severe mood swings, uncontrollable bouts of anger, and irritability as seen in 'roid rage' when athletes abuse anabolic steroids to enhance their performance. These behavioral/emotional changes depend on the degree of overuse. In addition, the user will feel neuropathy across the body due to pushing muscles to their limit, shortness of breath, hypertension, and tachycardia due to the physical pressure the body is forced to withstand.

Loss of consciousness and arrhythmias can occur when overuse is severe enough, the latter being a medical emergency. When they push their body to the  limit, the user must rest and not utilize their quirk for at least  12 hours to allow for proper recovery.
