Impact Crystals:
User make crystals appear throughout their body, even shedding them to launch at opponents. If they touch any surfaces, they can send out crystal waves like Shouto and his ice to attack/defend with. The crystals created are extremely tough, durable, require a lot of power to break, and they can explode upon impacting the target.
The user can also make the crystals explode at will since they have telekinetic control over them. They sre able to launch thousands to millions of crystal shards depending on the size of them as the bigger they are the more energy is needed to make them. Additionally, the user can coat themselves as attack/defense.
Furthermore, the crystals can also absorb any energy given to them whether energetic like fire, electricity, etc or the kinetic energy of physical attacks. They have a threshold, but its immense before finally breaking; when they are at their limit, they glow a bright violet. The user can use them to release the energy stored and cause explosions or use the energy to heal, power up, etc.
Due to the quirk's power, the user can fight alone or as part of a team. They can attack, defend, or take on a supportive role for teammates. Moreover, the quirk is quite versatile and allows the user to adapt to changing situations in a battle.
Drawbacks: bleeding from skin when too many crystals are formed, can lead to anemia and lightheadedness if he bleeds enough. They can get folate deficiency in a few hours due to the high cellular regeneration rate from both the skin and red blood cells that need to be replaced from loss and damage. As such, regular supplements must be taken such as extra folic acid, and they must drink plenty of water as the cellular breakdown generates a great amount of uric acid that if precipitated leads lead to painful gout.
