Rose woke up late in the morning, still lying in bed, turned on her phone and ran through the pile of notifications to see a message from Jennie saying that she had successfully reached home. The blonde read the message late, of course, but what Jennie typed to her made her smile.

She goes to chat with a girl and sees that she has new stories. Opening them, realizes that Jennie has already come to Banff with her family for the weekend. The photos are very beautiful and atmospheric: the main street of the town with a beautiful view of the mountains, snow-covered forests, creating a fairy-tale atmosphere; Jennie herself is wearing a warm hat and jacket, hugging her sister in front of the snow-capped mountains.

Rose: Did you get home successfully? :))

Jennie: Oh, yes!

Jennie: The weather is gorgeous :)))

Jennie: We've already dropped our stuff off at the lodge, and are about to go skiing :)))

Rose: Can you ski?)

While waiting for a reply from the girl, the girl gets up and goes to the bathroom, taking her morning routine. Today she has plans to spend the day with Jisoo and Mark. Maybe they will even go to the skating rink and then have a nice meal at some restaurant. Rose already knows ahead of time that her friends will come back to her with questions about Jennie, but the blonde doesn't want to talk about it with anyone, considering that she still hasn't told anyone but Jisoo about her big decision.

Jennie: Honestly? I ride on my ass more often than on my feet.😅😅

Rose starts laughing, almost spitting toothpaste out of her mouth, and then continues brushing her teeth, typing a message with her other hand:

Rose: Please let someone take a picture of this!

Jennie: You like other people's misery, don't you? 😁

Rose: Well, maybe a little bit :)))

Jennie: What are your plans for the day?

Rose: Skating rink :))) I skate well, so I won't give any ground for gloating :)))

Jennie: I'm not as cruel as you are

Jennie: But I'd watch it😏

Rose: Maybe someday :)))

The girls continued their easy socializing all weekend. Jennie shared just tons of photos from Banff, showing the local nature. Beautiful, snow-capped mountains, cozy tourist town where they stayed. In the evening, the streets look especially magical: everything is snow-covered, the houses are wooden, nice and cozy, and the establishments glow with all kinds of colors. No one has taken down the festive garlands yet, so you still feel as if you are in a fairy tale or in a town where Santa lives. It's magical, cozy, and the streets are filled with holiday music coming from all the establishments. People are happy and cheerful, joking and laughing, actively spending the holiday weekend with family and friends.

Jennie and her family visited more than one establishment over the weekend, sampling their favorite foods. All the cafes are so cozy, decorated with lights and Christmas wreaths. Almost all the buildings in the town are made of wood, and some with stone trim. It looks incredibly beautiful, especially cozy and atmospheric. The girl wishes Rose could see it all in person, not just in pictures. The girl knows that the blonde has been here, but a long time ago and maybe as an adult, more realized age would look at it with different eyes, enjoying the nature and beauty of this place more.
