Cameron leaned against the sterile, white walls of the hallway outside the medic room, her body stiff with tension. Her arms were crossed tightly over her chest, almost as if she was holding herself together, fighting against the overwhelming urge to pace. The sounds of the tournament-cheering, shouting, the slap of mats-seemed distant, as though they belonged to another world. Her mind, however, was fixated on one thing: Miguel.

The way his back had cracked when Eli slammed him to the mat, the sickening sound still echoing in her ears. How long it took for him to move after that. How he hadn't immediately gotten up. It was enough to send a cold shiver down her spine, even now. She wasn't sure if it was concern for Miguel, or if it was something deeper. Something she had buried, or at least thought she had buried, long ago.

The door to the medic room creaked open, and the sight of Johnny Lawrence stepping out stopped her cold. He was looking disheveled-his jacket slightly askew, a look of frustration etched into his face, but when his eyes landed on her, they sharpened with something else, something like surprise.

"Well, if it isn't noodle arms," Johnny said, a grin tugging at his lips. "What are you doing here? I'm shocked you're worried about Miguel." His voice was laced with a mockery that stung more than she cared to admit.

Cameron didn't flinch. She wasn't going to let him get under her skin. Not now. Not today. But her stance grew defensive, her arms tightening around herself. "Just because I'm still Cobra Kai and I have my own issues with some people in Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang doesn't mean I don't care about some of them," she shot back, her voice colder than she intended.

Johnny's smirk only deepened, and he took a few steps closer to her, crossing his arms. "Oh yeah? Like who? Hawk?" He raised a brow, the gleam in his eyes telling her he was baiting her. "I heard you cheated on my son with him."

Cameron's blood boiled at the accusation, her jaw clenching so hard she could feel the muscles in her face tighten. She could feel the heat of anger rising in her chest, but she forced herself to breathe and calm down before speaking. "We were broken up," she said, her voice tight, but steady. "It's a whole misunderstanding. Robby was... well, Robby was dealing with his own stuff."
