Two months had passed since Cobra Kai was finally taken down, and life had begun to settle into a strange rhythm. For Cameron, the aftermath of the whole ordeal had been tumultuous. Her apartment, which had been paid for by Terry Silver-who was now rotting in a jail cell-had been vacated, leaving her without a place to stay. For the first time in a long while, she was forced to face the reality of moving back in with her parents.

When she first returned home, it was awkward. She'd spent so much time living independently after her father, Daniel LaRusso, had kicked her out for joining Cobra Kai. She'd been rebellious, hurt by his refusal to accept her decisions, and determined to prove she could stand on her own. But now, after everything that had happened-Silver's downfall, her involvement in Cobra Kai, and her own personal growth-Cameron found herself seeking something she hadn't known she'd missed: family.

The initial tension between her and her parents had slowly given way to something more comfortable. Her father had begun to see the girl he raised, not the rebellious teen caught in Cobra Kai's grasp. Her mother, Amanda, had softened as well, no longer holding the weight of judgment over Cameron's choices. Slowly but surely, the distance that had formed between them during her time away had started to fade.

As she stood in the kitchen on the first morning of her senior year, Cameron could feel the butterflies in her stomach, not from the nerves of facing high school again, but from the bittersweet realization of how much had changed in such a short time. It felt like a new beginning for her-one she wasn't sure she was ready for, but that she was cautiously welcoming.
