Murder Drones: Interstellar Annihilation (Previously Insanity)

-Epilogue-

A faint light shined over Copper - 9's deep, white void of a surface. The snow laid delicately on each rock, each piece of scrap metal, and each building. The colony was quiet, the lights off, most asleep by now. Within it, sat N on a stool, hugging something close to him, a picture frame. The door creaked open, it's hinges decaying and from it came V. She entered, who sat next to N.

S.D V: "Hey..-" She began, as her dark yellow eyes examined N, before growing soft and resting on his face. "..How are you holding up?"

S.D N: "..Fine.. I'm fine." He sighed, setting down the frame. 

S.D V: "..We were about to head out, me and J. Tessa's staying behind, wanna come with?" She asked, her head tilting.

S.D N: "..Sure, yeah.. sounds good."

V stood up, smiling 

S.D V: "Great." She walked over to the door. "We'll wait for you, don't take too long!" The door shut.

S.D N: "I won't-!" N's voice trailed off, as his gazed fixed on the frame once again, the glass cover smudged a bit. He grabbed a small piece of cloth, and wiped it off, before plating a small kiss onto the center of it. He stood up, picking up his hat, and promptly exiting the room, darkness falling onto the picture frame, as it sat in a collection of a certain someone's belongings, a scarf, a beanie, and their computer. The picture trapped within the frame was of a drone, a special one at that. It was a girl or a woman, and a young one, with deep and dark purple hair, her visor the same color. She wore a black hoodie, and her smile was beaming through the frame, as if she was with us at that moment. N was next to her, N was next to Uzi.

Five minutes passed, and N made his way over to J and V. He walked over to the two.

S.D J: "..Took you long enough." She stuck out her tongue. "I'll be outside..-" She smirked, opening her wings, exiting the room, and through each door towards the outside world.

V looked over at N.

S.D V: "I told you that picture would be a good idea.."

S.D N: "Mhm..-!" He smiled. "It's.. like she's with me." He adjusted his hat.

S.D V: "..She'll always be with you, bud.." V pat his head, opening her wings, and flying off after J.

S.D N: "..I guess..-" He muttered, a smile creeping onto his face, as his wings opened as well, the metal reflecting the dim white light into each crack and crevasse of the colony. He now did as V did earlier, exiting the colony with the other two.

..Meanwhile, Khan sat in his room, at his desk. He glanced over to a picture of Uzi, a smile forming on his face as his gaze met with it. He sighed, standing up, and leaving the room. The walls were covered with pictures of the two, some with Nori, some without, from when she was a baby, to a fully grown teen, all within his workshop. The lights shut off.

Darkness fell onto the pictures of Uzi one last time, as the light fled the room, letting her rest.

[Interstellar Annihilation Completed.]
