Party... Then Crash

POV: Toya's
Day: Saturday
Time: 7AM
Place: Kitchen

Right now, I'm making breakfast for everyone. Jac and I were up all night just talking about life. Seriously, just talking. I missed being able to talk to him like that. We also discussed the contract between the company and I. I agreed to the deal.

Even though we went to bed like two hours ago I still got up because today is the twins' birthday. The party is at 3 in the backyard and the people are coming over to set it up at 12 so I'm gonna keep them outta the house. I'm sleepy as hell.

Just as I flipped a pancake, Jac walked into the kitchen shirtless with pajama pants. He walked up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

Jac: (kissing my cheek and resting his head on my shoulder) "Morning baby."
Toya: "Morning boo. Sleepy?"
Jac: "Hell yeah. You?"
Toya: (laughing) "Yeah."
Jac: "We'll get to sleep after all this party business."
Toya: "Yessss."

Just as Jac was about to get some orange juice, we heard an ear-splitting scream...Alisa. I guess the scream woke Alana up. We went upstairs and saw Alisa jumping up and down on her bed and Alana looking at her like she was crazy.

Jac&Toya: "Happy Birthday!"
Twins: (running over and hugging us)
Toya: (lifting up Alisa) "Finally 7?"
Alisa: "Yes!"
Alana: (being carried by Jac) "Why was this year so long?"

We laughed and took them downstairs. We sat them down at the counter and I gave them their food. "So what do you two wanna do?"

Alisa: "Can we get our nails done, mommy?"
Alana: "I wanna go to mall and get some kicks!"
Alisa: "Daddy has to stay."
Jac: "I don't mind missing out on the manicures." (sticking his tongue out at her)
Alisa: (giggling)
Toya: "Alright..I'll take you two out."

Jac and I ate with them and then the twins and I got ready. I dressed them up a bit since it's their birthday and they don't know about the party. I was just gonna take them out with me to see a disney movie because Jac wants to bake a cake himself. But they wanna do other things so off we go.

Jac: (standing in the door and kissing me) "I love you."

I waited till the twins got in the jeep then I kissed him really hard. He grabbed onto my waist and then I pulled away. "I love you too. By the way, don't let none of them boojie asz decorating ho3s get to you."

Jac: (laughing) "I only got eyes for you. Do we have to go through the 'Yours and Mine' chat again."
Toya: (mumbling) "I wish.."
Jac: (laughing) "No baby, not now. Later..That's if we don't crash."

I laughed and walked over to the jeep. I got in the front and looked at the twins to make sure they were buckled up. Good. I put on my seatbelt, started up the jeep and drove off.

POV: Jac's
Day: Saturday
Time: 2:50PM
Place: Backyard

I'm standing by the patio doors waiting for Toya and the twins to walk through. Everyone is ready for to yell surprise. The party is decorated in yellow... A color both of the twins like. They walked through the doors and everyone including myself yelled surprise. Alana laughed and Alisa screamed. Tevin walked over and spun Alana around in the air as Trey did the same to Alisa.

I pulled Toya to my side and kissed her cheek. "So did y'all have fun?"

Toya: "Yeah.. Alana yelled at a worker in Foot Locker though."
Jac: "Why?"
Toya: "Bringing her the wrong size after 3 tries."
Jac: (laughing) "Lisa?"
Toya: "She got mad because I wouldn't get her this doll house that I already bought as her present."
Jac: "Oh.. You think they like it?"

We looked over at the twins who were running around with their friends.

Jac&Toya: "Yeah. =)"

POV: Jac's
Day: Saturday
Time: 9PM
Place: Hallway

I'm walking towards my room right now. I'm a little sad because even though Toya and I worked things out, she doesn't sleep in my room. The twins just finished skyping with Chris and my dad..Birthday wishes. I just got them to sleep. Toya was too tired. She handled most of the kids games today.

I changed direction and headed into her room. She was asleep across her bed. I picked her up and took her into my room. When I laid down, I laid her down on top of me and wrapped my arms around her. She woke up and I smiled down at her as she pulled the covers over the both of us. "Why didn't you come in here from the start?"

Toya: "How am I supposed to barge into someone's room?" (closing her eyes)
Jac: (laughing and kissing her forehead) "Night baby. I love you."
Toya: (yawn) "I love you too."

She fell asleep and I turned off the lamp. I held her a little bit tighter and went to sleep.
