Wedding Catastrophe

Today is the day..The wedding day. My dad is getting dressed. Jazmine is at a hotel with her bridesmaids and Toya. We all moved in together in the new house about a week ago.

I'm putting on my bow tie in the mirror of my room. I put on some cologne and fluffed up my fro a bit. I'm ready to go. Now hopefully, my dad is too. I walked out of my room and down the hall to his room. I knocked on the door and he wasn't in there.

DaWayne: "JACQUEES LET'S GO!" (yelling from downstairs)

Oh sh-t..Somebody's ready to get married. Well alright then. I hurried downstairs and he was standing by the door with the rest of the groomsmen. We all piled into the limo and headed towards the church.

POV: Toya's

Time: 11AM
Place: Church

I'm at the church now...Adjusting the settings on the soundboard for the ceremony. If you're wondering why I'm wearing black it's because everyone who is organizing things during the wedding wears it. Everyone else has to wear bright colors. Stina and Trey are here. I can see them way in the front. I just got the message that it's about to start so I play the first track for the bridesmaids, groomsmen and DaWayne to walk in with. Along with the flower girl.

I see Jacquees walking with my cousin, Aaliyah. She betters not trying anything funny up there. When they're done walking, I play the other track for my mom. She looks beautiful.

When she reaches the front, she trips over one of the microphone wires and I have to rush in these heals way up there. She didn't fall though. She just pulled it with her heels. I started making my way to the front then the church doors busted open. We all turned our heads to the back of the church and Zonnique stood there with a gun. (gulp)

POV: Jacquees's

I exchanged looks with Toya as Zonnique made her way to the front of the church, pointing the gun at Toya. I tried walking closer to Nae but someone behind me had a gun pointed at the back of my head. Really people? In the church?

?: "Remember me?"

I know that voice..It's Reginae. All hell done broke loose up in this church.

Zonnique: "Well well well...Congrats on the marriage Mr. and Mrs. Perez."
DaWayne: "Zonnique! Don't do this."
Zonnique: "She ruined my relationship (walking closer towards Toya)

POV: Toya's
Day: Saturday
Time: 11:50AM
Place: Church

I have already accepted the fact that I'm gonna get shot today. By the looks on Reginae's face. She isn't gonna shoot Jacquees and he's real smart. I wink at him as I kick the same microphone wire in-front of me. He smiles and angles his foot so he'll be able to kick Reginae. As Zonnique reaches the wire she trips.

POV: Rina's
Day: Saturday
Time: 11:59AM

3 gun-shots. I stood up from my seat to see Toya on the ground with one shot to her shoulder. Another in her stomach. Tears start to form in my eyes as I walk to the front of the church. Jacquees was crying over Toya. DaWayne stood Jacquees up and Jacquees ran out of the church with Toya in his arms. I walked over to Zonnique who was still on the ground from falling. Third gun-shot? It was actually Zonnique. Reginae had the gun still pointed in her direction. I guess the pastor called the police because they came in and arrested the both of them, even though Zonnique was shot. That's what she get.
