Atlanta || Apology

POV: Trina's
Day: Saturday
Time: 6:00PM
Place: Apartment, Atlanta

I was sitting in the apartment I stay in, in Atlanta. I was on the sofa and my mom was pacing the room holding her forehead.

Jazmine: "Rina...Why didn't you tell me before you left?!"
Rina: "Because I knew you'd trip!"
Jazmine: "I still found out and I'm trippin' right now so you might as well have told me!"
Rina: (looking down)
Jazmine: "Then you come over here and fight knowing how that can cause MAJOR problems!"
Rina: "I know it was stupid, mom."
Jazmine: "And now you're kicked out of school! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!"
Rina: (tearing up) "MOM STOP YELLING AT ME! I MADE MISTAKES!"
Jazmine: (sitting next to me and hugging me) "I'm sorry...I just don't know where I went wrong..I raised you the right way-"
Rina: "It wasn't your fault..It's all mine and I'm gonna deal with it."
Jazmine: "And I'm gonna help you."

I cried into her shirt while thinking about how life is gonna be from now on.

POV: Toya's
Day: Saturday
Time: 6:00PM
Place: Bedroom

Mom called and told me Trina got kicked out of school for fighting and some other news that they'll tell me when they get back tomorrow. Tevin took me home after the whole mall incident, then left to see his girlfriend (drum roll)...Stina! That's right, they're dating now. =) They're so cute together.

I packed up my bag and waited for DaWayne to pick me up. I heard his car horn outside, so I picked up my bags (backpack and gym bag) then headed downstairs. I got in the car after locking the house up and we drove off.

When we got to the house, DaWayne immediately left for a movie premier. He's an celebrity and he left for the premiere of Think Like A Man. I went up to the guestroom where I usually stay and dropped my bags. I sat down on the bed thinking about the fact that Zonnique's pregnant with Jacquees's baby. I laid down and cried myself to sleep.

I woke up about an hour later and took a shower, brushed my teeth and put on my pajamas. I walked downstairs and made a sandwich. Jacquees was sitting on the sofa watching House of Payne. I ate in the kitchen. I washed my plate and put it up. When I walked out of the kitchen, he stopped me.

Jacquees: "Come here."

I cut my eye at him and was about to walk up the stairs until he roughly pulled me back by my waist and sat me down on his lap, gripping my waist hard. "What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Jacquees: "I only wanna talk and you're being stubborn."
Toya: "Nobody told you to go and get that b-*** pregnant!"
Jacquees: "Look I'm sorry alright. I'm sorry. I didn't mean for all of this to happen. I missed you and I needed someone to fill the void. I forgot the condom and there's the story. I'm sorry." (loosening his grip)

I got up. "Bullsh-t!" I started to walk off but he spun me around and pinned me to the wall. Dayum that hurt. He lifted me up and wrapped my legs around his waist. Squeezing my inner thighs hard. I winced in pain. I looked at him and his eyes dilated. Oh sh-t..He's mad.

Jacquees: "WHY WON'T YOU JUST SHUT THE PHUQ UP! STOP TRYING TO ACT SO DAYUM STRONG AND LISTEN! YOU WEREN'T BEING SO STRONG WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS PREGNANT!"

I ain't gon' lie..I hate when people yell at me. I started tearing up. I didn't bother to wipe my tears. My hands were too busy holding onto Jacquees's shirt. He looked at me and his eyes went back to normal. He moved his hands to underneath my asz and carried me in the kitchen. While walking, he rubbed my back.

Jacquees: "I'm sorry." (croaking)

He was about to cry. He set me down on the kitchen counter and stood between my legs. "Gonna yell at me some more?"

Jacquees: (wiping my tears with his thumb) "No."

He moved away and got a bottle of water out of the fridge. When I cry too much I start breathing a little funny and panicking..Yeah I have asthma. When it comes to crying, I don't need my inhaler though.

Jacquees: (opening the bottle and putting it to my mouth) "Drink this and calm down...Please."

I drank some of it and he closed the bottle. He rested it down on the counter and carried me up to his room. He turned on the AC and put me down on the bed. He knelt down to my level caressed my cheek and I flinched.

Jacquees: "Just relax..I was only mad. I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm sorry...For everything. The whole thing...Issa told me about the whole incident.."

When he said that, I started crying again.

Jacquees: "I'm sorry for not believing you. I shouldn't have gotten mad anyway..We weren't even dating so I couldn't claim you as my own. I'm truly sorry for everything that happened. I missed you the whole time. Your smile, your laugh, and just being with you. I didn't lie when I said I loved you..I meant it and I still do." (standing up) "I'll be right back."

Before he closed the door I managed to say between tears, "I love you too." He turned around and smiled before closing the door.
