Once Again

POV:Toya's
Day: Saturday
Time: 11AM
Place: Apartment

I'm giving RJ a bath and luckily I didn't start getting ready yet. He decided to pick up some of the foam from the soap and clap it between his hands. It went all over my shirt. I laughed and kissed his nose, grabbing a towel. I lifted him up and wrapped the towel around him, setting him down on the toilet.

I emptied the baby bath and turned to him. I dried him off then laid him down on the counter, powdered him up and placed on his diaper. I rubbed him down with the Johnson's Baby Oil Gel and dressed him in black cargos, a red Polo and black and red J'z. I opened the bathroom door and set him down off the counter.

He turned around and looked up at me. He said something that I didn't know he knew how to say.

RJ: "Thwank woo. =)"

I bent down and kissed his forehead, "You're welcome." He laughed and walked out, hugging someone's legs. I looked up to see Jac walking into the bathroom, lifting up RJ. "Are the twins ready?"

Jac: "They already bathed, they're already dressed..But their hair."
Toya: "I thought you used to fix their hair."
Jac: "I've lost my touch."
Toya: (laughing) "I'll go do their hair."
Jac: (kissing me) "Thank you, baby."

I smiled and walked pass them, going into the hall and then into the twins' room. They were standing by the mirror, messing with their hair. "Alright, who's first?"

Lana: "Lisa, because my hair will take longer."
Lisa: "Good point."
Nae: "Okay. (grabbing a brush) How do you want it done?"
Lisa: "A bun."

I nodded and brushed her hair up into a ponytail. I fixed it in a bun and added a bow. "Come here, Lana." She walked over to me and I grabbed a comb. I corn-rowed the front of her hair and let the rest of her hair fall down onto her back. It's still curly but it's just something new. "You like it?"

Lana: "Yeah!"
Twins: "Thanks, mommy. =)"

"No problem." We exchanged smiles and I went to the master bedroom to start getting ready. I took a shower, brushed my teeth and got dressed. I fixed my hair in a neat bun, grabbed some money and my phone. I headed out towards the front door after turning off the TV. "We ready?"

Jac: (playing with RJ) "Yeah."
Lana: (throwing Jac the keys) "Leggo!"

I smiled and we headed downstairs. We piled into Jac's car and headed off towards the park.

POV: Bre's
Day: Saturday
Time: 12PM
Place: In The Car

"Move out the way, old man!" Trey, TJ and I are in traffic right now. It's not like we have a scheduled time to be to the park but this man is honestly blocking the movement of cars for NO REASON. We've been in this one line of traffic since I don't know when.

TJ: "Mommy!"
Bre: "Yes boo?"
TJ: (pointing outside the car) "Ice-cream!"

I looked out the window to see an ice-cream truck passing. "We'll get ice-cream at the park, okay?" TJ nodded and Trey squeezed my knee. "I don't know why I decided to drive."

Trey: (sticking his tongue out at me) "I told you to let me drive!"
Bre: (laughing)
Trey: "See, we're moving."

I smiled in satisfaction as we continued driving.

POV: Stina's
Day: Saturday
Time: 12:15PM
Place: Central Park

I pulled up to the park, parking near the sidewalk. I grabbed the picnic basket that I was supposed to bring and got out, locking the car. I started walking down the walkway that ran through the grass. In the distance I saw Toya with RJ and the twins by the swings but the rest of the crew were seated by a picnic table. I walked over to them and rested the picnic basket in the middle. "What's up?"

Bre: "Jac wanted us to wait on you to get here."
Stina: "Why?"
Jac: "I wanna show all of you guys something. I got it while I was in LA."
Trey: "Show us boy!"
Deja: "Hurry up."
Jac: (laughing) "Alright..Alright."

He pulled a black box out of his back pocket and opened it. "Dayummmm.."

Deja: "Another proposal?"
Jac: "Nope a last and final, OFFICIAL proposal."
Issa: (dapping Jac) "That's what's up."
Bre: "She's coming."

He hurriedly put the box back into his pocket and Toya and the kids joined us, sitting at the table. We all started eating a variety of things that Bre and I brought here. Halfway through eating, Jac and Toya walked off and stood by the fountain. Oh, here we go.

Deja: "I'm finna record this."

She walked off and pulled out her phone, standing where they couldn't see her. We laughed at her.

POV: Jac's
Day: Saturday
Time: 1PM
Place: Central Park

I held Toya's hand as we sat at the edge of the fountain. I hope she accepts again knowing what all we've been through. "Toya.."

Toya: "Yeah?"
Jac: "Can I tell you something?"
Toya: "Any and everything."

"Well..You know when I went to talk with your dad, right?" She nodded. "I actually went there to ask him for support." She looked confused.

Toya: "Support for what?"
Jac: "Support for what I'm about to do."
Toya: "What are you-"

I got down on one knee, still holding her hand. "LaToya..You are my rock. I've known you for 8 years and I want you to be in my life forever. You've shocked me though. Throughout the time we've been together and with all the hell we've been through, I'm surprised you're still with me. I think anyone else would've left me from the first mistake. I'm sorry for putting you through so much that you didn't deserve. All you were to me was what you should've been. A good girlfriend, best-friend, companion..I don't care what the title was..I just appreciate you being here with me even now."

By this time she was crying and I was tearing up. "I love you more than I love myself. You've become a mother to the twins and you gave me my first son and the funny thing is we have three kids and we're only 24." We both laughed and she wiped her eyes. The tears still continued to fall. "Baby, I can't continue with these childish titles like boyfriend and girlfriend. I shouldn't have you as my wife because of all we've been through but I want and need you as my wife. I don't deserve you but knowing that you love me is enough."

I reached into my back pocket and pulled out the black box, revealing the ring. "Marry me. Please. I want us to be a real family. I wanna be able to take care of you and the kids just like now but with your last name being Broadnax. I love you guys with all my heart. Please." I gave her a hopeful smile and she opened her mouth, but she was lost for words.

She nodded her head and I slipped the ring on her finger, stuffing the box into my pocket. I stood up and spun her around. I kissed her, long and passionate. When I rested her down we heard cheering. We looked to see the crew laughing and smiling. We smiled at them. Engaged. Once again. I smiled at the thought.
